Have you considered the value of your ‘current’ customer data?Many customers that we talk to express challenges around the growth in data and the infrastructures required to store and access it. However, more and more are beginning to look at the intrinsic value of the data they are storing. For example, we keep records of all transactions from a customer, what can this tell us about their buying habits and how can we use this to make appropriate offers to them?
