Analysis of present repair processes for wind power plants with a focus on generator gearing mechanisms and technology transfer to China

physical repair process along with a pareto analysis of the existing process and suggestions for improvement was elaborated in 3 different languages
At the end of the project in Peking the production hall was equipped with appropriate tools, the serial interfaces were well-defined and a first gearing mechanism was disassembled successfully. Workers were given a quick schooling to ensure the knowledge was transferred
