Basic Information
To enable electronic payment right after the online registration, the EVA-EMS System is connected to the Secure Payment Page of INGENICO ePayments e-Commerce. To use this capability, the event organizer must have an INGENICO Account. This tutorial is about how to create an account online via INGENICO’s homepage and which support (additional documentations or personal contacts) is available in case of difficulties.
What are the steps to get started?
• Register for a free TEST Account at INGENICO • Create your TEST Account and perform some testing transactions • Create your PRODUCTION Account by transferring your TEST Account configuration • Sign contract with INGENICO
What is a TEST Account ?
This is an account for testing purposes. The look and feel is similar to the PRODUCTION Account, but an executed payment will be processed only inside your testing environment - no real transaction will be triggered.
What is a PRODUCTION Account ?
This is the final account for real transactions. It is created by transferring the configuration of the TEST Account to the PRODUCTION Account. Executed payments will be processed.
What is a Secure Payment Page?
The Secure Payment Page is completely managed by INGENICO thus fulfilling all security conditions when handling critical data such as Credit Cards and Bank Accounts.

1. Registering for a free TEST Account
If you have not yet an existing account, you can create a free TEST Account by either
‣ Navigate to www.ingenico.com
‣ Tab LOG IN in the upper right
‣ Tab the following sequence 1-4

Alternatively you can klick here to go directly to the registration form.
The system will come up with a registration form:
Complete the form, confirm the terms and conditions and tab REGISTER.
After, you will receive the password to access your TEST Account by email.

2. Creating a TEST Account
When you have received the password for your TEST Account, you can access your TEST Account by either
‣ Navigate to www.ingenico.com
‣ Tab LOG IN in the upper right
‣ Tab „Ogone Test account“
or by simply tabbing here.
The system will come up with the login window:
‣ Enter the PSPID that you have chosen during the registration of your account ‣ Enter the password that you have received by email ‣ Tab SUBMIT

2.1. TEST Account Configuration
When you first log in to your TEST Account, you will see a list of parameters to be completed. These parameters concern the administration, payment method and technical details of your test environment.

Once all the steps have been completed, you can ask for your TEST Account to be activated. If you would like to change some details later on, you can still call up the various configuration pages from your account menu.
2.2. EVA-EMS Test Environment Setup
If you want to test your configuration in combination with the EMS System, the ePayment parameters in the GENERAL SETUP must be entered as follows:
‣ Tab ADMIN > SETUP > GENERAL ‣ Choose your local currency from the pulldown menu ‣ Enter https://secure.ogone.com/ncol/test/orderstandard_utf8.asp as ePayment-URL
‣ Enter the Passphrase that you have chosen during the configuration of your account ‣ Enter the PSPID that you have chosen during the registration of your account ‣ Tab SAVE
Make sure that the “Allow electronic payment (ePayment)“ is checked (enabled) in the general settings of the ENTRYFORM SETUP as follows:
‣ Tab ADMIN > SETUP > ENTRYFORM ‣ Check “Allow electronic payment (ePayment)“ ‣ Tab SAVE

3. Creating a PRODUCTION Account
When you have finished setting up your TEST Account, trying your configuration and making tests, you can select "Create production account“ from the configuration menu. This will copy your parameters from the test environment to the production environment and create a new PRODUCTION Account.
After the transfer from the test to the production environment, you can access your PRODUCTION Account by either
‣ Navigate to www.ingenico.com
‣ Tab LOG IN in the upper right
‣ Tab „Ogone production account“
or by simply tabbing here.
The system will come up with the login window:
‣ Enter the PSPID that you have chosen during the registration of your account ‣ Enter the password that you have received by email ‣ Tab SUBMIT
Note: You can toggle between the test account and production account login by tabbing the Access to test or Access to production link at the bottom line.

3.1. PRODUCTION Account Configuration
The PRODUCTION Account will have the same look and feel as the TEST Account except that the background will be entirely white rather than having the "test" watermark in the background. Modify and complete your account details. Some of the information have been transferred automatically from your test environment, other details (such as subscription, options, VAT number, charging method, payment methods, users, etc.) will have to be entered again.

Once your configuration has been completed tab “Request activation” from the configuration menu to get your PRODUCTION Account activated.
You will receive an email containing the contract with all your account details. Sign this contract and return it to INGENICO together with your direct debit form and your bank account details. INGENICO will activate your PRODUCTION Account after having received your signed contract and when at least one payment method is active in your account. Your TEST Account still remains active and accessible for testing purposes.
3.2. EVA-EMS Production Environment Setup
To enable the EMS System to process real payments, the ePayment parameters in the GENERAL SETUP must be entered as follows:
‣ Tab ADMIN > SETUP > GENERAL ‣ Choose your local currency from the pulldown menu ‣ Enter https://secure.ogone.com/ncol/prod/orderstandard_utf8.asp as ePayment-URL
‣ Enter the Passphrase that you have chosen during the configuration of your account ‣ Enter the PSPID that you have chosen during the registration of your account ‣ Tab SAVE
Make sure that the “Allow electronic payment (ePayment)“ is checked (enabled) in the general settings of the ENTRYFORM SETUP as follows:

4. Recommended Account Parameters
Besides the usual entries and selections according to the INGENICO documentation, you must define some parameters in the Configuration / Technical Information as follows:

Note: YourPersonalPassphrase is used to hash the transferred data. You may define your personal passphrase freely. The identical passphrase must be entered into the GENERAL SETUP of the EVA-EMS System (see Chapter 2.2. and 3.2.).
