Every cell in the human body has 46 chromosomes.
There are 22 pairs of chromosomes.
The two other chromosomes do not always look alike.

Sex chromosomes
The sex of the baby depends on which type of sperm fertilises the ovum.
The chances of the baby being a boy (XY) or a girl (XY) are equal.
