FUNCTIONING

Superbond is a bonded anchorsystem based on a vinyl ester hybridwith silane technology.

▪

The anchor rod FIS A can only be setwith injection mortar FIS SB(Standard, HIGH SPEED and LOWSPEED); the anchor rod RG M withoblique edge can be optionally setwith injection mortar FIS SB(Standard, HIGH SPEED and LOWSPEED) or resin capsule RSB.

▪

Resin and hardener are stored in twoseparate chambers and are notmixed and activated until extrusionthrough the injection cartridge in thestatic mixer or destruction of thecapsule during the settingprocedure.

▪

The mortar bonds the entire surfaceof the fastening element with thedrill hole wall and seals the drill hole.
