InnoClean PLUS - the natural alternative

The InnoClean PLUS system is a decentralized wastewatertreatment system which naturally treats domestic wastewaterprior to release in drywells or local waters / streams.

InnoClean PLUS wastewater treatment systems treat dome-

stic wastewater on a completely natural basis using the en-

vironmentally friendly SBR process (Sequencial Batch Reactor).

The SBR Process

The SBR treatment process is based on the cleaning efficiencyof microorganisms that naturally occur in domestic wastewater.

These microorganisms exist in the activated sludge layer insidethe chamber. During the treatment phase these microorganismsare mixed with the wastewater and supplied with oxygen whichallows them to feed on the pollutants and treat the wastewateron a completely natural basis.

Compared with all other treatment systems with wastewateraeration, the SBR process offers the highest treatment efficiencyin addition to providing extremely low operation costs.

Incoming wastewater

Wastewater enters the pre-treatmentchamber where solids settle to thebottom.

Filling of treatment chamber

The pre-treated wastewater is pumpedto the treatment chamber.

Treatment / Ventilation

of wastewater

The 6 hour treatment phase begins - the wastewater is intermittently suppliedwith bursts of oxygen.

These bursts provide the microorganismswith required oxygen to begin their treatment process (denitrification).

Sedimentation phase

After the 6 hour treatment phase a 1 or 2 hoursedimentation phase begins where sludge settlesto the base and the treated wastewater clears.

Emptying of treated wastewater

The treated wastewater is then pumped out of the treatment chamber.

After 8 hours the complete cycle has ended.In the case that sufficient wastewater isavailable in the pre-treatment chamber, the entire 8 hours cycle begins again.

In the case that no or little wastewater has been collected, the InnoClean PLUSautomatically goes into energy savingsmode.

InnoClean PLUSFully biological Wastewater Treatment System according to EN 12566 manufactured from polyethylene

Single body (monolythic) tank, for underground installation.Installation depth D = ..... mm. Chamber with gasketed inlet / outlet openings for con-nection of DN 150 (Ø 160 mm) PVC inlet and outlet piping according to DIN 19534 or for DN 150 (Ø 160 mm) PE-HD inlet and outlet piping according to DIN 19537.For installation in high groundwater areas, maximum groundwater level GW = 1840 mm. With integrated, pre-installed cleaning system. All ventilation hoses and clamps for con-nection of InnoClean PLUS tank to control unit / compressor are included with system.

With control unit and low maintenance compressor (230 V 50 Hz). Float switch and aircompressor connections to be made on-site.

Installation versions:

With polyethylene temporary construction debris cover (can be used as a coverin green areas if there is sufficient protection against unauthorised opening).With polymer vertically adjustable upper section, with polymer cover(600 kg load class).With polymer vertically adjustable upper section, with concrete / cast iron cover(Class B, 12.5 t).
