EFP-Middle East L.L.C. is a British-run company with more than three decades of global expertise in manufacturing and machining solutions. We specialize in the Design and Engineering of advanced aluminium systems; fabricating all aspects of architectural cladding and curtain-wall façades, including complex substructures and intricate accessories.Inaugurated in 2008, our Middle East operation has grown rapidly and is now headquartered in a 100,000ft2 state-of-the-art facility at Dubai Investment Park. Predominantly focused on serving the Gulf market, success has expanded our reach into Europe, Asia and North Africa. Driven by constant innovation and the development of bespoke machinery, EFP’s purpose-built factory is able to transform raw materials into complex fabrications of many shapes, durabilities and aesthetic qualities. We machine, fabricate and assemble Aluminium Composite Material (ACM), stainless steel and semi-precious metals such as copper, zinc and brass. In doing so we produce fabricated cladding solutions of the highest standard, appearance and originality.This unique model has helped us develop relationships with highly respected companies in the global cladding and curtain-wall sector – most recently with Steel Life, the dynamic Korean provider of architectural metal cladding systems.These valuable associations also extend to the architectural community which increasingly seeks out EFP’s innovative products and specialist capabilities. Facilities —

Our Dubai factory is considered the gold standard in fabrication and machining, with industry professionals from across the globe regularly visiting to study the EFP set-up and production processes. The facility was planned ‘ground up’ – ensuring that every inch of space is used to maximize production. As a result, the EFP plant can produce over 400,000m2 of fabricated panels every year. Highly-efficient workflows, customized software and smart-tech production systems are the other components of first-class fabrication. Unlike many other fabricators, we keep all operations in-house, from preliminary programming to the final quality check; guaranteeing total control over every aspect of our projects – and complete peace of mind for our customers. The EFP model enables us to dedicate entire production lines to large orders, thereby minimizing set-up time, increasing production output – and delivering significant cost savings to the local and global clients who entrust EFP with their business.

EFP-Middle East specializes in Aluminium and Steel Cladding and Curtain Wall systems. Our portfolio also includes a large variety of other products, all machined and manufactured to the highest industry standards.


EFP prides itself on having the most comprehensive range of machinery for premium sheet metal fabrication in the global marketplace. The EFP multi-axis Machining Centre deploys the very latest CNC systems to guarantee maximum design flexibility, optimum accuracy and seamless production.

The deployment of 3, 4 and 5 axis technology gives EFP clients access to an unrivalled range of machining techniques and capabilities. These allow us to adapt our cutting, bending, rolling (up to 9m long) and welding services to customers’ precise specifications time after time.

Furthermore, our Secondary Machining processes – drilling, milling and notching – offer the same unfailing accuracy and meticulous standards, as well as a wide variety of finishes including galvanized, anodized and powder-painted options.

Assembly —

EFP’s Assembly Section is able to handle large-scale projects with ease, bringing added value to clients with limited or no assembly capabilities of their own. We undertake fabrications and assemblies for customers with a broad range of requirements.

These include the assembly of products with multiple components, such as a combination of metal and plastic to name but two. Many clients use our facilities to prepare finished assemblies, allowing them to instantly increase output without expensive new investment.


As a British-run company, it was perhaps inevitable that EFP-Middle East L.L.C. should undertake its first overseas expansion back on ‘home turf’ in the United Kingdom. As a result, EFP-ME UK Ltd was established in 2015 with the aim of replicating the rapid success of its Dubai-based corporate parent.

Leveraging on the growing reputation of the EFP name in Architectural Cladding and Curtain-Wall systems – and the company’s involvement with world-renowned partners and projects – it was decided to enter the U.K. market as an independent building envelope contractor serving the needs of the construction industry.

EFP’s factory in the English Midlands, supported by our new design office in the heart of London, give us an operational base at the epicentre of U.K. Construction activity – and the opportunity to emulate EFP-Middle East at a time when the British sector is entering a period of renewed optimism and growth.

Abu Dhabi International Airport —

Abu Dhabi International Airport is one of the fastest- growing in the world, with estimated passenger traffic expected to double to 48 million by 2025. The airport’s Midfield Terminal Building is the latest component of a huge expansion program.

EFP was tasked with the supply and fabrication of all flat, single curved and double-curved aluminium composite panels. It was an industry first for double-curving Alubond ACM panels, located at the end of all 49 gate houses of the terminal. In addition EFP fabricated all the curved skylights for the main terminal roof.


Louvre Museum Abu Dhabi —

Louvre Museum in Abu Dhabi is a remarkable, innovative project designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel. Drawing heavily on emblematic features of Arabian architecture, two thirds of the museum is covered by a stunning white dome of 180-metres in diameter.Made up of thousands of Aluminium triangles on 8 layers, individually overlapping each other to give the visual effect of Stars.

Dubai Metro enjoys global acclaim as the world’s longest fully-automated light rail network. The metro system was built by a Japanese conglomerate headed by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries – and was inaugurated by Dubai’s Ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in 2009. The Dubai Metro was the first urban train network in the Arabian Peninsula and only the second in the Arab World, after the Cairo Metro. Currently comprising 87 trains on 75 kilometres of track, Dubai Metro has a total of 47 ground and above-ground stations, 9 underground stations and 2 transfer stations. The Metro continues to expand apace and will eventually connect to other Emirates within the UAE.
