1) Principles to Plans►INNOVATION / RENOVATION =

appropriately creating / adapting methods and plans for your context to implement timeless principles (Is it Biblical?) “We are not trying to be innovative but rather

biblical. But in our context it appears innovative.” Thom Wolf

►What lessons have you learned about how to distinguish principles (disciplined core) from plans/methods/strategy? In the past, how have you mistaken

plans for principles?

2) End-vision-based Innovation Successes

What do THEY need, not what do I want / like / enjoy (focused on the need)?►What is an example an innovation you

made or adopted that bore fruit in your context?

►Why and how did you make that change?

4) What will it take to fulfill the vision?

►What 1-2 things, that if you could solve them over the next 6 months, would most help your work move to the next stage of the VISION? How do you need your brothers and

sisters to counsel and hold you accountable?

Remember the 70-80% effectiveness rule

Spirit-Led, Field-Honed►SPIRIT-LED: The person who knows the

Word of God and the Works of God most accurately hears the Wind of God (John 3:8). This leads to effective Wineskins of

God (Matt 9:14-17) - INNOVATIONS►FIELD-HONED: The most effective

innovation is learned in the field not in the lab (Acts 19:8-10). Do you love it? Make it your own! It is okay to fail. It is NOT okay to NOT try!
