Innovation Showcase 2019
The Student Experience Passport
University of Newcastle
Award for Innovation
For the institution, the passport provides a means of organising and communicating the diverse range of orientation and extra-curricular engagement activities made available to students at the UON Language Centre.
For the student, the Passport provides a means of understanding the options available to them and their importance to their student journey, as well as a way to record their engagement with these activities and reflect on them
Retreat of other areas of the University
• Changing roles and responsibility
• Needed to be creative and innovative to see how the ‘Friendship Program’ could be carried forward
