werden nicht verwirklicht oder bringen nur Verluste ein.
• für 1 sehr erfolgreiche Innovation benötigt man somit ca. 174 Ideen
Ideenrealisierung:
• nur 1,5% aller Ideen werden zu Verkaufserfolgen.
Damit sind mehr als 7 3/4 von 8 Stunden Innovationsarbeit erfolglos.

Diese Zahlen haben sich in 23 Jahren im Wesentlichen nicht geändert !
Das heißt aber auch, dass bei 100 Einreichungen Sie massiv umsonst beschäftigt
sind und noch mind. 95 Einreicher demotivieren !
