• Client required two features:1) Product should flow with previous tutorial2) Accessible content for learners

• Learners being prepared for in-house training

• Demonstrating how learning objectives and assessment questions align • Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction • Providing instruction that demonstrated:

Based on the SME Review and the One-on-One trials, 5 main changes were made to the product:

1. Step by step progression to reduce learning curve.

2. Increased corrective feedback in practice sections

3. Increased font size and spacing for improved visualization

4. Clear separation between Overview and Introduction

5. Revision to the language used (reducing technicality)
