What Are Your Expectations? Would you just hand the keys to your child and say good luck? Do you talk with them about safety, PPE, and “what if’s
Do you expect the pilot to do a preflight inspection? What are the potential results of not doing one?
Where Do Incidents Occur? If I leave for a job on a snow covered road with no chains and crash… Did the incident occur on the road or before I left?
Where Do Incidents Occur? If I get cited for transporting a tank that is not clean, where did this incident take place? Where was it recognized and where should it have been recognized?
When Do Incidents Occur? Employee loses part of two fingers when reaching under an active band saw, now that’s an incident. But wait.. why was it not an incident when the guard was removed months earlier?
