In 2009, a strong passion for technology and the desire to contribute to the good of the environment in which we live have pushed the three founders to give life to a company able to design and build high-tech plants for the production of energy by calling the company INNTEA.

The logo itself has a meaning:

The shape is reminiscent of the Sun, a turbine, a gear.Color: blue as the clear sky and clean water in its various shades.

The know-how gained in the previous work experiences of the three partners: 25 years of experience in the design, construction and operation of industrial facilities, 6 years of experience in the design of systems for energy production and 15 years of experience in industrial automation has enabled to create a team of highly motivated people allowing the company to achieve significant results in a few years.

2010 | The company begins to acquire the first major orders for the construction of plants with the formula “Turnkey” at prestigious hotels, large industrial groups and financial companies

2010 | Designed and built the first 1,000,000 Wp plant

2010 | The company moves into a new modern operative and administrative facility in Ponte Nossa Bg - Italy

2011 | Inntea Srl is present to its first international showcase by exposing at SOLAREXPO 2011 in Verona - Italy collecting a great success in terms of international contacts

2011 | Inntea Srl obtains the certification ISO 9001:2008 with L’LOYDS REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE (LRQA) - UKAS

2012 | Inntea Srl becomes manufacturer of HYDROELECTRIC TURBINES acquiring its first 3 orders for a total of 3,5 Megawatt

2012 | Inntea Srl obtains the certification ISO 14001:2004 with L’LOYDS REGISTER QUALITY ASSURANCE (LRQA) - UKAS

In 2011, the staff director of INNTEA decided that the production process of the company has to be checked by a third party who had a worldwide credibility and relevance and chose Lloyd’S Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and as accrediting body the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS); the targets were:

set up the company for a proper growth process improvement and service quality higher levels of customers satisfaction improving productivity competitive advantage excellence international credibility

Responding to ISO 9001:2008 standard, the certification ensures that the company is in possession of the quality requirements on internationally bases. These requirements include the control of business processes, evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency and directing them to the full satisfaction of the customer.

Attention to the environment, one of INNTEA main values, has imposed to the company management to define an organizational model with the lowest possible environmental impact, bringing the company to obtain the ISO 14001:2004 certification, documenting again through LRQA and UKAS the company’s commitment to International level

The ISO 14001 certification, meets the international standard that defines the parameters within which an effective Environmental Management System has to develop. Rewarding the search for a balance between profit and environmental impact, the company guarantees a constant commitment towards environmental protection and use of natural resources. The strength and cohesion of the men and women who make up INNTEA Team also arises from the attention the company pays towards their health and their safety; also in this case Inntea Management wanted Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) and as accrediting body United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to certify the process.

INNTEA is certified ISO 14001:2004 in June 2012

It establishes the requirements for a Safety Management System and Health of Workers (SSL) based on the hazards and risks likely to be present in the workplace, in response to the international standards currently in force. The achievement of this certification depends on several factors such as the policy of SSL, the nature of the activities and the conditions in which people operate. Obtaining OHSAS 18001 will ensure that companies comply with the provisions of the policy of SSL and demonstrates a willingness to manage and improve over time its system.

HYDROELECTRIC

The hydroelectric turbines are designed and constructed specifically to optimize the characteristics of the watercourse that you want to use for the production of Energy; what previously written evidence the fact that the hydraulic turbines cannot be produced in series but each turbine is probably unique, this is the reason why INNTEA became a producer of Pelton turbines - francis and Kaplan 50 to 5000 KW. Being able to internally manage the design and construction of the turbine, the design and construction of the management system control and interfacing to the electricity network allows to: reduce the time of construction, reduce costs, ensure performances and be the only reference for the customer.

When we think of hydroelectricity we think of large hydro plants powered by large dams. Actually, you can also generate electricity using a small watercourse with a constant average flow rate and a minimum hydraulic head.

A mini Hydropower can be achieved by anyone, private companies, local authorities etc with great advantages: low initial cost, increased safety, low environmental and landscaping impact etc...

The energy produced is made available immediately and can be used:

directly from those who produce it (consumption). In the case of a municipality, for the operation of the public lighting, for sewage treatment plants, schools, sports facilities and more;

sold at a price fixed by law. In this case it is established a contract of sale of all energy produced by the plant.
