You notice your friend is being teased by a group of staff members. It has been going on for a while and your friend is becoming withdrawn and seems to have lost her confidence.

There is one male member of the group who keeps on touching your colleague, on her arms, lower back and knees, and making jokes full of sexual innuendo. He doesn’t seem to notice how uncomfortable his behaviour is making your colleague.

One day, you find your colleague very upset outside the office, she will not tell you what is the matter. Inside the malemember of staff is laughing out loud and keeps on saying how ‘easy’ (slutty) your friend is.What do you do? Is this a breach of the Code of Conduct? Are there any consequences be for thestaff members involved?
