INSIDE Longevity, 39 Years.... And Counting!
Passing the test of time says a lot about any company in today's world. It's a milestone to reach 39 years. l remember when the comedian Jack Benny was asked how he felt about being 50, he turned around and said “I’m not 50. I just turned 39 twelve times!” Products, people and companies come and go but Briscoe keeps on delivering quality products and services for almost 40 years now. How do we do it, T E A M W O R K and respect for each other’s skills and contributions that make up The Body of Briscoe. A testament to our success and endurance is our long-standing co-workers:

Briscoe office staff was trained by our own John Questel to prep for the FDNY S-98 test. The S-98 is a Certificate of Fitness for Fire Alarm Systems Inspection, Testing and Service Technician.

Special Thanks to EDWARDS Briscoe has been asked to partner with a company named Croker who has been in business for over 100 years providing Alarm Books, Evacuation Plans and Fire Safety Director Classes, etc. They are one of a few companies approved by the FDNY to present this class and currently use a slideshow to present info about fire alarm systems. They asked Briscoe for a demo panel to use as a hands-on part of their presentation. Briscoe gives a SPECIAL THANKS to Kurt Bailey—VP U.S. Systems Sales, Charlie Kawiecki—District Manager & Dana Ferrer—District Sales, all from EDWARDS, who made the development of this new panel possible.

Saving and Sending The Latest Site Programs Entering times in the FSU is critical to job management! Please remember to save the latest version of each program in the YY.MM.DD format with a brief description of the work performed at the site, your initials and the date. Then take the time to connect to the internet using your Wireless Hot Spot and email the program to [email protected] before you leave the site. This process, and the few extra minutes it requires, will ensure that each of our technicians will have the most current program when they are sent to a site. Should you have any questions regarding saving SDU files or how to use your Hot Spot, please do not hesitate to contact Mike Petrone at 631-648-2751.
