obtain your bidder number. To bid, simply write your bidder

number, name, and the new amount in the next available space.

The increments for raising a bid are listed on each individual bid

You may choose to purchase an item at the guaranteed “Buy It

Now” price indicated in red at the bottom of the bid sheet. Write

your bidder number and name next to the “Buy It Now” price, and

turn the bid sheet over, so that others will know this item has been

purchased. You may claim your “Buy It Now” item(s) from the

tables once Checkout begins.

Live Auction Rules

of the parcel.

(indicated by the “number offered” entry in your program), the

high bidder (or back-up bidder) has the option to take any or all

Auctioneer has the right to refuse late bids and to set

appropriate bidding increments.

5. Determination of the high bidder and backup bidder is at the

discretion of the Auctioneer.

6. All items are assumed to be “as advertised,” with no further
