Hi all!

Wow, what a crazy summer it’s been in Otsego, we’re experiencing double the amount of building than we had last year. It is certainly a welcome change consider-

ing the alternative. I wanted to mention that our Annual Fall Education is coming up on October 25th so be sure to get those requests into your managers so you can attend. It will be on the 2012 IRC Transi-tion from the 2006 IRC with Roger Axel, New Hope’s Build-

ing Official. One last thing – our educational portion of this month’s meet-ing will cover residential framing. The speaker is Andy Schre-der from St Francis. I’m very interested to hear about that be-

cause for us, it is the number one failed inspection. -See you July 31st in New Hope!!
