Pistol Zone Read Objectives
1. Run inside zone in the A gaps. 2. Eliminate a defender in the run game
without blocking him.3. Simplify schemes for our offensive line.4. Slow the defense down with constraint
plays including Bluff, Jet, Orbit motions and Run/Pass concepts.
5. Establish a downhill running attack.6. Slow down defensive recognition with
a balanced backfield set.

End positions• Script 18-21 plays for 12 minute period• Any mis-reads/poor exchanges will be worked
on post practice.
