busy quarter both in Sales & Property Management, with some great
results for all our clients.
We would like to welcome Alyssa Reid to the Property Management Team.
Alyssa has customer service background & is new to the industry. Alyssa
will be assisting our property managers to ensure that we continue to
provide excellence in services during the high season. Crystal Smith is
now on parental leave & has welcomed the safe arrival of Grace Ivy, both
mum & bub are going well.

The last quarter has seen an increase
in listings for our office in preparation
for the spring rush with properties
ranging from 1 bedroom apartments
up to 5 bedroom executive homes.
Our agents have been delivering
excellent client satisfaction with some
fantastic results across all of them.
An increase in Auction campaigns has
resulted in nearly 100% clearance
rates with very happy clients, both
sellers & buyers.

There has been a slight increase in
rent achieved this quarter compared
to this time last year, while the
median rental price achieved for the
quarter remained at $400 across the
region.
Properties took an average of 37.3
days on the market with 3,769
residential properties listed for the
quarter and 3,859 residential
properties being leased. The demand
for this quarter shows an increase in
properties priced between $400 -
$500 per week. The Peter Blackshaw
network have leased a total of 343
properties this quarter.
