Whether we’re in the market for graphic advice, a great vegan dinner recipe, or just a fun night, Missy is our go-to girl. Soon to be mommy, she is high on life and loving the fresh air.

Melissa holds to the belief that creativity is es-sential to her as an individual. She is a quirky and cutting-edge character who finds the most beauty in the mundane. Fun fact: she speaks fluently in movie quotes.

Lena is simply fascinated with life, and spends her time studying the way people perceive and connect with each other and the world around them. She is a business and marketing guru with a minor in coffee drinking. One could say she has energy for days.

For the last 20 years, Candace Ann Schwab, has been transforming the way her clients’ view photography through her stunning philosophy of life as art. Serving as president on the board of Professional Photographers of America, South Dakota and voted Local Best in Sioux Falls, SD for 7 consecutive years. Not only has Candace Ann been able to establish herself and become an industry leader.

to properly wearing it?

What’s the Go-To Acessory for you?

Pastels are a huge trend for spring- colored and printed denim. Particularly floral printed denim or leggings. Peplum fit is still going strong, as well as chevron print, studs, crosses and cut outs! Mint

is the color of the season!

As far as wearing colored and printed denim, be careful with what you match

it too. Pick a color that compliments the colored denim. Anything printed on top is perfect for a solid colored denim. For printed denim, it really depends on the

print. The safest bet is to choose a solid colored top. Sheer, button-up collared tops are huge this spring. Especially if

they have stud details on the collar or cut outs on the back

As far as accessories go, anything bold and big- statement jewelry is big this spring.

Crosses, skulls, the infinity sign- these are trendier accessories. Choose bold colors for your necklace or earrings and be sure

it compliments the colors in your outfit of choice.

Q: Do you sell other merchandise other than frames?

You’ve Been Framed has evolved and is much more than a frame shoppe. Having a passion for design, our boutique became more of a lifestyle store that offers art, decor, furniture, jewelry, clothing and accessories. Our design team is there to help you style your home and to reflect your personal style. We are never ordinary.

My inspiration comes from growing up in rural North Dakota where lifestyles needed functionality and where nature inspired the way we designed. We reinvented and repurposed which is what you see in the fashion for homes today. I believe that your home is a reflection of yourself.

Given an empty room, I would choose fabric, textures and patterns that reflect who you are. Art is in the eye of the beholder, so art to me is a reflection of family and those whom are close to your heart. Your home needs to tell your story.
