PARENT PERMISSION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD WALKS

Dear Parent/Guardian: From time to time, your child’s teacher would like to take the class on a study or observation walk in the neighborhood surrounding our school. The teacher might also want to take the students to Parma Park, the Almaden Library/Community Center, Safeway, Post Office or the Fire Station. Rather than send a permission form home each time the class takes a short walk in the Simonds neighborhood, we would like to have a permission slip on file for the entire 2017-2018 school year.
