inspiration as a child that today his dreams have turned into

to enjoy. Papinee has exhibited in some of the most

incredible locations in the world up to date,

Festival. Papinee ’s Animalia collection

for home and everyday are of the most remarkable quality, embroidered

by skilled craftsmen in their workshops with designs developed with over

3 2 a r t i s t s f r o m 1 6 c o u n t r i e s . P a p i n e e t o y s w e r e c o n c e i v e d f o r c h i l d r e n t o

d i s c o v e r a w o r l d o f m a g i c a l b e a u t y . S p e c i a l i s t s w o r k c l o s e l y w i t h c o l o u r

scientists to develop textiles in colours most applicable to enchant children of a

young age. The Deer from New York, for example, is coloured in red, white and

black as these are the only three colours that a child from 0-6 months of age

can see with their developing eyesight. The books are penned by acclaimed

children’s author Ana Sofia Vilaveces who takes into consideration not only

t h e a r t o f i l l u s t r a t i o n b u t a l s o t h e s c i e n c e o f c h i l d r e n l e a r n i n g a n d

developmental skills, pronunciation, and inspires adults to read aloud to

chi ldren. Both an art movement and a brand, Suj real ised that these

visions forced a change in his career and world. Memories of his mother

who in her worst of times brought him to orphanages and charities,

s h a r i n g w i t h h i m a w o r l d o f b e a u t y , b e c a m e t h e c a t a l y s t i n t h e

creation of Papinee. With the vision to inspire and ignite dreamers of

all ages, doing so also meant educating the leaders of tomorrow,

initiating social directives and enabling the work of creative leaders

to provide the privileged with the tools to dream and those less

f o r t u n a t e w i t h t h e o p p o r t u n i t y t o f o l l o w a n d r e a l i s e t h e i r

dreams, too. Papinee is about encouraging imagination, play,

happiness, and ultimately sharing the world of magic as one.
