In order to secure high quality data and metering availability from start-up. Certified Roxar service personnel will perform pre-commissioning, commissioning and meter start up services to ensure that all interfaces with third party equipment are tested, and that meter configuration and calibration are optimised for the particular application.

By doing so, Roxar will ensure that meter integrity is maintained and that all meter systems are function-tested after system integration.

All Roxar instrumentation is delivered with a warranty that is valid only if Roxar personnel perform the installation, commissioning and service of the meters.

The services are designed to support the critical phase from product delivery through to successful installation and start-up.

For the installation and commissioning services, Roxar offers a comprehensive support package tailored to deliver cost efficient services.

The I&C package enables you to reduce risks on cost and time overruns in the project by implementing a cost eficient regime that will ensure timely detection of possible issues. A designated project manager will be responsible throughout the duration of the project and will establish and formalise smooth lines of communication.

At an early stage of the project, Roxar’s project manager will work with the client to define the scope of work (personnel, test equipment and spare parts requirements). This approach is meant to reduce project execution time, ultimately resulting in a more transparent and cost efficient process handling.

1) Installation & Pre commissioning services are designed to reduce risk and eliminate time consuming installation errors prior to the commissioning. The services consists of:• Supervision of mechanical and electrical installation of meter on site• Testing of meter interface and communication links to other systems• To perform functional check of meter after mechanical and electrical installation

2) Commissioning will secure high quality data and meter availability from start-up of the different wells. Meter commissioning services consist of:• Installation and configuration Service Console software (if not already pre-installed)• Assistance on installation of mechanical and electrical parts, and inspection thereof• Check of analogue inputs/outputs (where applicable).

3) Start-up/testing services will test the system and compare it to specifications. Review and potential correction of equipment settings:• Power-up checks• Communication and data verification checks between Roxar’s and client’s system• Calibration and configuration checks• Validation of meter output at meter start-up• In-line calibration (if applicable)• Operator training
