for Rotating Ash Cooler

一一一一.... 概述概述概述概述 Summary

冷渣机冷却方式以水冷为主,风冷为辅。本工程滚筒冷渣机冷却水采用除盐水。

滚筒冷渣机主要用于冷却循环流化床锅炉的热渣(约 950℃),冷却后的渣温一般不大于

150℃。

冷渣机冷却方式以水冷为主,风冷为辅。冷却水最宜软化水,一般可采用汽轮机凝结水。

采用工业水时易结垢,影响换热效果,故出水温度一般不应大于 50℃,需及时除垢。

冷渣机按驱动电机所在方位分为左型和右型:面对冷渣机出口看向入渣口,电机在滚筒

左侧者为左型,电机在右侧者为右型。

Rorating Ash Cooler is used for cooling the hot ash(about 950℃) in circular fluidized

bed Boiler. The ash temperature after cooling will be less than 150℃ generally.

The main cooling method used by the Ash Cooler is water cooling, supplemented by

air cooling. Affect heat transfer ,so the temperature of output generally should not be more

than 50 ℃, need timely removal

The coolent used for the Rotating Ash Cooler is softened water suitably ,steam turbine

condensation water generally is used. industrial water scaling easily which will affect heat

transfer ,so the temperature of output generally should not be more than 50 ℃, need timely

removal.

The ash coolers are classified into left-handed type and right-handed type by motor

position. Seen from ash outlet of ash cooler, the motor fixed on left side of the barrel is what

left-handed ash cooler, while the motor fixed on right side of the barrel is what right-handed

ash cooler.

滚筒冷渣机主要由进渣管组件、进渣装置、滚筒、转动系统、驱动机构、出渣装置、冷

却水系统及电控装置等组成(详见附图):

Rotating Ash Cooler is composed of a barrel, rotary system, drive mechanism, ash

inlet section and ash outlet section, cooling water system and electric control system

etc.(more details see the attached drawings):

1、滚筒:由内筒、外筒、换热导向片、端盖等构成。内筒壁焊有呈螺旋状分布的螺旋叶片及

纵向叶片,内、外筒之间的夹层通以冷却水,灰渣的热量通过传导、对流、辐射等多种形式

传递到冷却水中。

1. Barrel: The barrel is composed of inner shell, outer shell, heat transfer counter vane and

end cover . Heat from hot ash shall be transmitted to the circular cooling water via helical

fins and longitudinal fins welded on the inside wall of the inner shell, by means of

conduction, convection and radiation etc.

2、转动系统:由支撑圈、支承轮、挡轮、主动链轮、从动链轮等组成。从动链轮、支撑圈套

装在滚筒外壁,由驱动机构带动滚筒在四个支承轮上旋转。支撑圈、支承轮磨损导致滚筒高

度下降时,进渣装置壳体底部的螺栓使进渣装置中的密封圈与密封环、密封套保持同心。挡

轮安装在出渣端支撑圈的两侧,限制滚筒轴向位移。

2. Rotary System: The Rotary system is composed of support ring, support roller , axial

guide rollers ,drive sprocket, and driven sprocket. The and support ring install outside the

roller .Support ring and driven sprocket are fixed on the outside of the barrel and it will drive

the barrel to revolve on the four support rollers driven by the driving motor. The abrasion of

support ring support roller can lead to the barrel height falling down. Bolt in the bottom of

the ash inlet device shell keeps seal ring, sealing ring and seal cartridge concentric. The

axial guide rollers are installed on both sides of the ash outlet section to the barrel’s axial

displacement.

3、驱动机构:由电机、减速机组成,为滚筒旋转提供动力。

3. Drive mechanism: the drive mechanism is composed of electrical machine and speed

reducer etc,which can provide power for barrel.

4、进渣装置:由进渣管、进渣箱体、封渣装置等组成。锅炉底渣经进渣管流入冷渣机滚筒内,

进渣箱体设负压吸风口,反螺旋封渣装置可防止动静结合处灰渣泄漏。

4. Ash inlet section: the ash inlet section is composed of the down spout, ash feeding tank

and ash anti-leakage device etc.. The bottom ash flows into the barrel via ash inlet through

ash down spout. There is an air vent with negative pressure in the ash feeding tank. The

contour screws in the anti-leakage system are designed to prevent ash leakage.

5、出渣装置:由出口密封罩、出渣口等组成。可按需要设负压吸风口、事故放渣口等,密封

罩分上下两部分,可方便拆卸和检修。

5. Ash outlet section: the ash outlet section includes seal cover and ash outlet etc. Air vent

with negative pressure and as accident release vent are designed as your requirement.

The seal cover can be made from two pieces disassembled, which is convenient for

maintenance.

6、冷却水系统:由旋转接头、筒口水管、回水管、金属软管等组成,为冷渣机提供冷却水。

压力开关、热电阻、安全阀等安全附件安装于冷却水管路上。

6. Cooling water system: the cooling water system is composed of rotary joint, water pipes

at barrel end, return water pipes, flexible metal tubing etc, which can provide cooling

water.The rotary joint is equipped with pressure gauge, hot resistance and safety valve.

These safety attachment are fixed above the cooling water pipe.

7、电控装置:主要指电控箱和相关控制仪表等,能输出远方信号,便于远方控制。

7. Electric control system: mainly includes control cabinet and related control instruments,

and output the remote signals to control the Cooler remotely.

8、进渣管组件:锅炉排渣口到冷渣机进渣口的连接部分,主要由进渣管、接口法兰等组成。

cooler, include ash pipe and connector flange.

锅炉排出的热渣经进渣管进入滚筒内部,并在进渣管出口周围堆积到一定高度,当灰渣

的重力与进渣管内渣流的重力平衡时,渣流便被阻滞;当由滚筒旋转而带动灰渣向滚筒出渣

端输送时,进渣管出口周围渣堆高度随之下降从而打破了管内外灰渣的重力平衡,管内渣流

又继续。这样,滚筒转,热渣流进;滚筒停,热渣流停;快转快进,慢转慢进。在灰渣输送

过程中,灰渣与冷却水进行热交换,由循环流动的冷却水将灰渣热量带走,灰渣温度降低,

可以由输渣设备运走。

The hot ash discharged from boiler flow into the top end of the barrel through ash down

spout and pile up to a certain height surrounded the ash down spout.When the force of

gravity is balanced with the gravity of the ash flow, the ash flow in the ash down spout will

be prevented; When the barrel rotates and conveys the ash to the outlet end, the height of

the ash pile will discend and break the balance so that the ash flow will continue. In this

case, the hot ash flows into the barrel with its rotating and stop when the barrel stop rotating.

In the process of conveying ash, heat exchange occurrs between the ash and cooling water

and the cooling water reduce the temperature of the ash by taking most of the heat away.

It is possible to cause danger for the equipment works when the cooling water system

pressure exceeds the barrel allowable stress. Therefore, ordinary maintenance of the ash

cooler should be as per Pressure Vessel Regulations, and design the following protections

for ash cooler cooling water system.

water inlet and water outlet, namely, the ash cooler should start up after opening the water

inlet and water outlet valves.

low pressure or overpressure of cooling water system and stops the cooler operation.

system over temperature and stop the cooler operation.

4. The safety/relief valves mounted on the cooling water system shall discharge the

overpressure cooling water.

5.The axial displacement detector shall alarm signal over axial displacement limit and

stop the cooler operation.

Above mentioned protection measures and safety attachment should be verified

regularly, twice a year generally.

冷渣机出厂前已进行筒体水压试验、整机空运转试车,发货时主机为整体发货,其余如

驱动机构(电机及减速机)、驱动机座、链条、金属软管和仪表附件等需要现场安装。

冷渣机安装时按图纸将冷渣机正确就位,左右旋向(按出口罩喷涂的标记)按图纸要求

布置,整机水平找正,水平度±3mm,找正后底座应与基础焊接牢固。

Hydraulic testing on the barrel has been done for the ash cooler before EXW, as well

as the whole machine test running. The ash cooler is wholely assembled for shipment

except some pipes, expansion joint, valves and attachment, which require field installation

and interconnection.

The ash cooler should be located correctly according to the installation drawing and

collocation plan while installing. The ash inlet aims at the boiler outlet with levelness ±

3mm. The bottom base should be welded firmly with the basic embedded parts.

1、冷渣机按驱动电机所在方位分为左型和右型:面对冷渣机出口看向入渣口,电机在

滚筒左侧者为左型,电机在右侧者为右型。应根据图纸要求将左型和右型冷渣机分别就位,

不能装错。

1. The ash coolers are classified into left-handed type and right-handed type by motor

ash cooler. The drive constructure requires field installation after the whole machine located.

Pay attention to the rotating direction of the barrel which should not be installed conversely.

2、驱动机构在主机就位后现场安装,注意滚筒旋向(旋向指示喷涂在出口密封罩上),

电机运行时,链条的下链为拉紧状态,不可装反。

2.The drive constructure requires field installation after the whole machine located.

Pay attention to the rotating direction of the barrel (The rotating direction is painted on the

outlet seal cover.). The below chain is tight chain, which should not be installed conversely.

3、为便于运输,减速机一般不加注润滑油,运行前需检查油位并按减速机说明书要求

加注。

3. Speed reducer will not fill lube oil for shipment convenience. The lube oil should be

clean and filled as the instruction before running.

4、安装时注意不要碰撞旋转接头,以免造成漏水、振动大,影响运行效果。进出水管

的固定点应适当远离冷渣机,使水管有较好的挠度。金属软管活动端接水管,另一端接旋转

接头。旋转接头下的疏水斗已设有排水口,该口应接入排水沟。

4. Please noted that the rotary joints should not hit each other while installing to

prevent from water leakage and large rotating vibration. The water pipe connected with the

rotary joint should have a good deflection, the fixing point should be properly away from

water inlet and outlet in order to protect the metal tube. One end of the metal tube joints

with the water pipe and the other with rotary joint. The funnel below the rotary joint has a

water outlet, which should lead into the drain.

5、进渣端负压吸风口和出渣端负压吸风口现场确定方位后,在进、出渣箱体上开孔焊接,

两路汇总后接入锅炉尾部烟道(电除尘前)。为补偿热膨胀,进渣端风口为柔性接口,短管不

要插到底。负压风管道按 350℃设计,并设调节门。该风管应向上方走向,以避免灰尘堵塞

负压风管。

5. After the location of the ash inlet air vent and dust absorption vent on the ash outlet

are assured, welding work will be done on the ash feeding tank. Flanges are welded to the

antipressure air pipe, which is connected to the inlet before the dust removal or the

chimney in the end of the boiler. The antipressure air quantity and the diameter of air pipe

are confirmed as per the project. In order to compensate the thermal expansion, the air vent

on the ash inlet end is flexible interface. Don’t plug the short pipe in the end. The

antipressure air pipe requires to design a manual adjusting damper.(Temperature

resistance 350℃)

6、冷渣机整机安装完毕,再安装测控仪表,如热电阻、压力表、压力开关及安全阀等。

安全阀应竖直安装,泄放口应接至安全区域 safety zone,并保持泄放口畅通 smooth。电控

箱挂于就近的锅炉钢柱上,位置和高度要方便操作,环境要干净整洁、安全、远离热源。

6 After the whole ash cooler is installed completely is the observe and control

instrument, just as the hot resistance, pressure gage or pressure switch including the safety

valve. Keep the safety valve installed vertically ,the outlet is in the , safety zone and smooth.

The location and height of the electronic control cabinet hanged on the steel pole of the

boiler should be for operation convenience,out of fire.

7、按电气接线图连接电控装置,图纸中与集控室相接的信号必须连接并保持畅通。电机

接线应保证冷渣机滚筒转向正确,不允许反转。各测点电缆应完好,信号传递灵敏畅通。

7. The electronic equipment should be connected according to the wiring diagram.The

signal connected with central control room in the drawing must be connected and keep

unblocked. The rotating direction should follow the marks on the ash cooler and be

connected, with reversion not allowed. The wires on each testing point should be in good

condition for good signals.

支撑圈正下方有防止运输过程中滚筒窜动的挡铁,试运前将其撤除。

Before test running, remove the iron which installed under the support ring to prevent

the movement in the transportment process.

将冲洗水接入冷渣机进水口,出水口打开,对冷渣机进行冲洗;然后再将冲洗水接入冷

渣机出水口,进水口打开,对冷渣机进行反冲洗,如此反复冲洗各不少于三次,每次不少于

10 分钟,直至将冷渣机中的杂质全部冲出,水质洁净为止。冲洗时冷渣机应低速运转(冲洗

时可以先解除冷渣机的联锁,待冲洗合格后再恢复联锁)。

Flush the ash cooler cooling water pipelines. Connects reversely between the water

inlet and the outlet and connects to cooling water and flush threel times at least until the

clean water flow out,every time is not less than 10 minutes. Flushing process should

conduct at the low speed of the barrll(Release the interlocking in the flushing

process,recover the interlocking after finishing the flushing. ).

试运前应先确认冷却水接口正确,然后再接通冷却水。转动滚筒使排气口向上,旋开放

气阀排除空气,待排气口有水流出后旋紧放气阀。然后通以工作压力的冷却水,保压 30 分钟,

检查有无泄漏、变形和异常声响。

Before test running,confirm the rightness of the cooling water connector,and then pour

the water. Turn the barrel to the position that the vent upwards, then turn-on the exhaust

plug to discharge the air until the water flow out from the vent, and then plug for seal. Pour

the working pressure cooling water,and keep the pressure for 30 minutes,and check

leakage, transformation and unusual sound.

做不少于 2 次“冷却水超压、欠压自动停车报警”试验。使冷却水压力超过(或低于)

压力开关设定值,这时应能立即停车并报警;然后将水压升至安全阀开启压力,安全阀应能

及时卸压保护。

Carry out “alarm signaled and stop automatically under the condition that cooling water

over pressure and less pressure” test at least twice.If cooling water pressure surpass the

pressure switch set-value,the safety protection system alarm should signal and stop

automatically the cooler operation immediately. Also, the water pressure rise to the opening

pressure of safety valvesafety valve, relief pressure and protect the equipment.

一切都正常后,再通以正常冷却水,进行不少于 6小时的空运行试验(必须通水),试验

运转过程中应仔细观察冷渣机有无异常,若无异常便可投入生产性试运行。

All of them are in normal condition then pour normal cooling water.Experience at least

six hours continuous test run (must be connected to cooling water), check operation of the

ash cooler ,if there aren’t any abnormal then goes to productive operation.

旋转接头允许有少量泄漏,泄漏较大时可调节填料压紧螺栓。

The rotary joint allows a little leakage ,Adjust the tightness of packing glands

compression bolt if the leakage is too great.

※ ※※※※※※※※Don’t start up the ash cooler without cooling water.

2.1 冷渣机启动前,必须保证冷却水系统投入运行!!!

The cooling water system must be assured to put into operation before the ash

cooler starts up.

2.2点动电机,观察滚筒旋向是否正确;

Start the motor, observe whether the rotating direction of the barrel is right.

2.3 检查电控箱、电气设备是否正常;

Check whether the electronic control cabinet and electrical equipment work well.

2.4 负压风管道风门是否已开;

Check whether the air door of the antipressure air pipe is open.

2.5 检查保护定值是否满足要求。

Check whether the protection setting value meets the requirement.

冷渣机启动频率是 5Hz,启动后通过变频器调节滚筒转速,待出渣温度和出水温度稳定

后才可以继续升速,每次升速幅度不宜过大,逐渐使冷渣机出力与锅炉排渣量相适应,在满

足床压的前提下,应尽可能低速运转。

The rotating speed of the barrel can be adjusted by the transducer with frequency 5HZ.

After startup the speed can increase to fit the ash output quantity,and every raising speed

should not be too great. Please try the best to make the machine work at low speed under

good conditiion of the bedding pressure.

Note that the ash cooler should work continuously,or do harm to the ash cooler easily.

当冷却水为除盐水时,可将出水温度高温报警设定值定为 95℃,特殊情况应征得我公司

技术部同意。

Temperature controller can be set to alarm at 95℃ when the coolent is desalted water.

Special cases should gain our technology department’s agreement.

The control valve of the water inlet pipe must be connected with the ash cooler. It is

prohibited to start the ash cooler without water or having insufficient water.

冷渣机运行过程中尤其刚开始运行时,由于锅炉工况不稳定或有结焦情况,有时会出现

热渣在锅炉炉膛正压作用下快速涌至冷渣机出渣口(甚至下一级设备)的现象(通常称这种

现象为“流渣”,非正常情况),该现象没有规律可循,但会有一些预兆:锅炉至冷渣机的进

渣管段整个变红、回水温度迅速升高、冷渣机进出口有大量烟气,热渣会涌到冷渣机出口,

随之锅炉床压急剧下降,出现这种情况应立即停运冷渣机,待回水温度正常后方可再次启动

冷渣机,且低转速启动并视情况确定是否要提高转速。

In the running process of the ash cooler, especially at the beginning of running,

sometimes appear that the hot ash flow directly to the outlet (even the next level equipment)

under the effect of positive pressure (This phenomenon is usually called “scoria flow”)

because the boiler is under an unstable working condition or with coke. There is no

regularation for scoria flow, but has some foretoken: The whole ash inlet pipe turns red and

the temperature of return water increases sharply. The ash inlet and outlet are with heavy

smoke and with it the hot ash will flow to the ash outlet. With rapid drop of the boiler

bedding pressure, the ash cooler should be shut down immediately and re-start after the

temperature of return water returns to normal. After restart, the rotating speed should

contron below 30Hz and determine whether to raise the speed as the case.

Don’t immediately stop the cooling water when stops working,delay 20-30 minutes at

least,or will damage the ash cooler becase of overheating.

旋转接头内部的密封填料,需适时调节其压紧度,以维持有少量滴水为宜。填料是易损

件,磨损失效后应及时更换。一般运行 6 个月后应全部更换。

Adjust the tightness of seal stuffing properly in the inner end of the rotary joint and

replace them in time if worn. Generally all should be replaced after working for 6 months.

检查维护与更换旋转水接头里的填料和推力滑轴承时需拆卸其外端盖。推力滑轴承的磨

损程度可从“标杆”端部与水接头轴肩之间的距离显示出来:轴承未磨损时其距离接近零,

随着轴承的磨损其距离变大,当距离增大到 15mm时则需更换推力滑轴承。

Check the bear of the rotary joint regularly. The abrasion extent of the thrust axletree

can be indicated by the distance between the surveyor’s pole and shaft shoulder of rotary

joint: With the increasing of abrasion on thrust axletree, when the distance extends to

maximum 15mm, the thrust axletree should be replaced then. 冷渣机运行日久其滚筒高度会因支撑圈和支承轮磨损而下降,允许的下降量是 5mm。为

检查滚筒高度,在滚筒的进渣一端下面设有“筒高检测装置”,由上下弧板和接近开关组成。

The barrel may descend because of the adrasion of the support ring and support roller

after long time operation, and the allowable decrease is 5mm.In order to check the height of

the barrel, there is designed a testing equipment of the height of the barrel below the ash

inlet, which is composed of upper arc panel, lower arc panel and proximity switch. When

the upper arc panel goes to the lowest location with the barrel, the gap between the upper

panel and lower panel is 5mm. When the height of barrel decend because of the adrasion

of the support ring and support roller and the gap between the upper panel and lower panel

is close to zero (the proximity switch will alarm), adjust the barrel height in time and make

the gap between the upper and lower panel 5-10mm. (This gap requires field adjustment

because there may be error about the outer diameter of the barrel.)

冷渣机滚筒的轴向位置需保持其支撑圈端面与左右挡轮的间隙大体相等,若偏离较多而

致支撑圈端面贴近其中一挡轮时,则应在运行中调节挡轮以纠正其偏离;冷渣机挡轮处设“轴

向位移检测装置”,当轴向窜动超过设定值时,冷渣机会发出报警信号。

The optimum axial position of the barrel is that the gap between support ring end faces

and two side axial guide rollers are approximately equal. Adjust the axial guide rollers

during operation to optimum position if there is serious deviation between them. “The axial

displacement detecting device” is arranged at the axial guide rollers and the control system

alarm signaled when the axial displacement is out of the limit.

轴向位移过大需重新调整支承轮的位置。

Readjust the support roller’s position if the axial displacementment is too great.

冷渣机进渣密封结构中,密封环、密封圈和进渣管等都是易损件,磨损失常时会造成灰

渣泄漏,则需更换。

更换密封环和密封圈时需先拆下进渣管,更换后需调整滚筒高度,使密封环、密封圈的

间隙保持均匀。

The wearing parts included in the anti-leakage construction such as the ash enclosure,

the ash seal loop and ash inlet pipe shall be repaired or replaced once ash leakage is found

due to the abrasion.

When replace the ash enclosure and the ash seal loop, take away the ash inlet pipe

previously, and readjust the barrel height and the gap between them to prevent ash

leakage.

The ash seal loop is fixed on the ash inlet pipe face by stainless steel bolt and nut. It

requires to cut down the seal enclosure and clean the weld seam when replaced and adjust

the seal gap when reinstalled.

“冷却水超压自动停车报警”和安全阀泄放试验每半年进行一次,压力开关、温度计和安

全阀每年至少校验两次,不合格要更换。

Checkout the “alarm signaled and stops automatically when cooling water over

pressure’’, “thermometer” and the “safety valve discharge ’’ once every half year operation.

Calibrate the pressure gage and any other safety accessories as per relevant regulations,

and replace any unqualified ones.

If the ash cooler is left idle for long time, check the rusty condition of the rotary joint

inner axeltree and the nuts. Replace them before operation if the rusty condition is serious.

The Rotating ash cooler shall be managed as per the pressure vessel.

除以上提到的各注意事项外,还应在运行过程中注意冷渣机减速机润滑油如果低于最低

油位要及时加注润滑油,牌号按减速机使用说明书;减速机冷却风扇不可反转并要保持正常

运转;冷渣机支承轮定期加注润滑脂,通过支承轮的注油孔用专用加油枪加注#2锂基润滑脂。

In addition, check the lube oil level of the speed reducer and add correct amount of oil

timely according to the instructions during the running process. Keep the cooling fan motor

in normal operation. Lubricate the support rollers regularly with special lithium base grease

using grease gun.

冷渣机传动链条要松紧适当,否则会降低传动效率。磨损后应及时张紧,当无法继续张

紧时,可将链条截去几节或更换。

The ash cooler chain ‘s degree of tightness is proper,or reduces efficiency.. If the

take-up stroke to the limit, dismantle some chain links or replaces the chain completely.

1. The entrance flashboard door of the four Ash cooler is closed when start the boiler but

the barrel is rotating. In this case, the ash pile in the ash cooler will be damaged.

2. Under the condition of high bedding pressure and evacuation, the inlet door is opened.

In this way, a mass of red ash will discharged fast from the ash cooler.

3. The ash cooler is stopped due to ash eruption. If you restart the ash cooler in a very

short period of time, ash eruption will occur again.

4. Start the ash cooler when the cooling water inlet and outlet valves are not open and the

cooling water system does not work.

5. The safety attachments like the pressure switch, safety valve are put into operation

without checkout.

LGT-DKX 滚筒冷渣机电控箱是为滚筒冷渣机配备的电控装置,能对冷渣机进行起停及调

速控制,该控制系统同时还具有水温检测、水压检测、筒体超位移及筒体下落超限检测及指

示,在筒体长时间运行磨损后高度下降状态下发出信号,在断水、水超压、超位移及故障状

态下发出信号并自动停车。

LGT-DKX Electric Control Cabinet is the electric control device equiped for Rotating

Ash Cooler. It can control the ash cooler’s work and adjust its speed. Meanwhile, the

control system can check the water temperature, water pressure, barrel displacement and

the barrel descent limit, alarm signaled when the barrel height decreases after long time

runing; alarm signaled and stop the machine under the condition of water break,

overpressure, over displacement and other failures.

机械设备安装到位后,将电控箱挂置于冷渣机就近的锅炉钢支架立柱上,然后参照滚筒

冷渣机的电气接线图接好线(屏蔽电缆的屏蔽层应接地),电控箱外壳应可靠接地。

After the machine is installed, hang the electric control cabinet on the handy steel pole

of the boiler and connect according to the wiring diagram of the Rotating Ash Cooler (The

shield layer for cable shield should be grounded.). The shell of the cabinet should be

grounded.

在进行合闸调试前,应先检查一下设备机械安装及电器接线无误。电控箱内电器元件及

螺丝有无松动现象,确认无误后方可送电调试,调试时分就地/远控两种控制方式进行调试。

Before debugging, check whether the machine is installed and connected correctly and

whether the electric component and screws in the cabinet loose. Power on for debugging

after confirming above. There are two ways to debug, local and remote.

就地调试方式:Local debugging

调试时,先检查一下冷渣机旋转接头处电接点式压力表的水压是否在设定范围(该设定

范围据现场水循环系统实际值来进行设定)之内,如果水压力低于最小值或者是高于最大值

冷渣机都无法起动,同时操作面板上会有相应的指示灯亮。确定水压力在设定范围内后方可

起动冷渣机进行调试。

Check whether the water pressure at the rotary joint is within the setting limit. (This limit

is set according to the actual value of the water cycle system). If the water pressure is lower

than the minimum or higher than the maximum, the Ash Cooler can not start and the related

indicator will light on the operation board. Please start the ash cooler for debugging after

confirming the water pressure within the setting limit.

调试时先合上电控箱内电源开关 QF,“电源指示”灯亮,同时变频器面板上应有指示,

将就地箱上的“就地/远控”转换开关打在就地上,此时按下电控箱上面板上的冷渣机启动键,

冷渣机应能启动,此时应检查设备转向是否与要求的转向相一致,若不一致可按下冷渣机停

止键使设备停止运行;然后通过变换电机接线加以调整,调整无误后重新按冷渣机起动按钮

使设备起动。起动后按操作面板上的冷渣机升速键相应冷渣机速度应加快,按冷渣机降速键

速度应减慢。通过调整冷渣机升速键及冷渣机降速键,来调整冷渣机速度,使之达到理想的

转速。

Firstly turn on the power switch QF in the electric control cabinet and the indicator

lights. There will be indication on the transducer panel. Please aim the

“Local/Romote”switch at “Local” and press “Start” to start the ash cooler. Check the rotating

direction and correct the direction as requirement.You can adjust the speed of the ash

cooler to achieve the desired rotating speed through pressing“Speed Up”batton and “Speed

Down” batton.

上述调试无误后可进行远控调试(即让冷渣机的转速随着所给 4-20mA 电流信号的变化自

动调整)。

The Romote debugging can be done after the above operation is finished

correctly.( Namely, make the ash cooler adjust the rotating speed Automatically with

changes of 4-20MA current signal.)

将电控箱上的“就地/远控”转换开关打在远控上,此时冷渣机应能在远方进行起停并调

速,在远方控制室里按下冷渣机起动按钮冷渣机起动,调节 4—20mA 电流信号的输入,使冷

渣机的转速随着电流信号的变化而变化,同时变频器上又返回一个 4—20mA 的电流信号给集

控室以检测远方冷渣机的运行速度。此时要停冷渣机只需按下冷渣机停止按钮。

Aim the “Local/Romote”switch at “Remote” and the ash cooler will start, stop and adjust

the rotating speed in the distance. Press the batton of “Start” to start the ash cooler and

adjust the input of 4-20MA current signal to make the rotating speed vary with the current

signals. At the same time the transducer will return the last 4-20MA current signal to the

centre control room to test the speed of the ash cooler. You can press the “Stop” batton to

turn off the ash cooler if you want.

水超温报警、断水、水超压、筒体位移超限等是为冷渣机的安全运行而设置的保护功能。

水温检测是通过装在冷渣机冷却水出口的热电阻检测冷却水出口温度,当水温超过设定温

度时(一般设为 95℃)系统发出报警信号提醒用户对设备进行检查,以免发生意外事故,当

水温下降到设定温度以下时报警信号将自动消除。

Water overtemperature alarm, water break, water overpressure, barrel displacement

overlimit are the protection function designed for the safe running of the ash cooler. Water

temperature is tested by the hot resistance equiped on the outlet of the cooling water. When

the water temperature is higher than the setting temperature (95℃ generally), the system

will alarm and remind the user to check the equipment in case of accident. The alarm will

disappear automatically with the water temperature drops to below the setting temperature.

断水、超压是通过装在冷却水出口处的电接点式压力表进行检测的,当断水或水超压时,

冷渣机会自动停车并发出报警信号,这就需要用户检查水路,将水压进行调整,以确保冷渣

机正常运转。

筒体位移、筒体下落检测是为防止冷渣机筒体在不正常的状态下运转。

Water break, overpressure are tested by the pressure gage equiped on the outlet of the

cooling water. The ash cooler will stop automatically and alarm signaled with water break or

overpressure, which need the user to check and adjust the water pressure to make sure the

ash cooler runs normally.

Barrel displacement and discent are tested to prevent the barrel from running under

abnormal condition.

Meanwhile, there reserves some remote connection signals for running, failure, water

break, water overpressure, barrel displacement and barrel discent of the ash cooler to help

the user testing the ash cooler status in the distance.

变频器内部参数在设备出厂前都已设定好,无特殊情况不要改动,若确需改动必须有专业

人员完成。

设备运行时,检查变频电机的冷却风扇转向是否正确,以免风扇反转达不到主机冷却作用

而烧坏电机。

设备检修或长期不用时要将电控箱内电源切断以确保安全。

公司电气工程师。

5. Attention

The interior parameter of the transducer is set before Exworks. Don’t modify it if no

exceptional requirement. If the change is really necessary, please have the professional

staff to complete.

Check the rotating direction of the cooling fan in case that the cooling fan rotates

conversely and burns the motor.

Please power off the electrical control cabinet for safety purpose if the equipment is

repaired or left idle.

The attached Electric schematic and connection diagram are for reference only. Please

follow the electric drawing along with the machine or contact our eledtrical engineer.
