Pre-Installation Requirements

UseYou use this procedure to access a project available in SAP Solution Manager, which contains therequired business blueprint that you want to enhance.

Prerequisites...

You have logged on to SAP Solution Manager 7.1.

You have SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN, SAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_ADMIN_TEC, andSAP_BC_WEBSERVICE_CONFIGURATOR as user roles. 

Procedure...

1. To access the data required to enhance a business blueprint from SAP Solution Manager, you must

create endpoints.More information: Creating Endpoints in SAP Solution Manager 2. To connect SAP Business Process Blueprinting tool to SAP Solution Manager, you must create

external aliases.More information: Creating External Aliases in SAP Solution Manager 

3. To use predefined entities available in the business process repository, you must create an RFCdestination.More information: Creating an RFC Destination in SAP Solution Manager 

4. To ensure that the enhanced blueprint is available in SAP Solution Manager, you must create logicalports.More information: Creating logical ports in SAP Solution Manager

Creating Endpoints in SAP Solution Manager

UseYou use this procedure to create the following endpoints:

BSIPROJECTDIRECTROYINTERFACE

BSISMSYINTERFACE

Procedure

Creating BsiProjectDirectoryInterface...

1. Navigate to the soamanager transaction.

A Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked window opens.2. In the Certificate Error: Navigation Blocked window, choose Continue to this website (not 

recommended). 

If you get the following error message, ICF Service Node is not active then, follow the stepsmentioned below:

o Navigate to the SICF transaction.

o Activate the service node by following the path mentioned in the error message.3. Choose Log On .4. Enter credentials.5. Choose Service Administration .6. Choose Single Service Configuration .7. In the Web Services Administration screen, in the Search by field, select Service .8. In the Search pattern , enter *Bsi*. 

9. In the Field , select External Name .

10. Choose Go .11. From the Search Results , select BsiProjectDirectoryInterface .12. Choose Apply  Selection .13. In Configuration , choose Create Endpoint .14. In the SOA Management window, enter the following details:

  Service Name : BSIPROJECTDIRECTROYINTERFACE 

  A Description to identify the endpoint  New Binding Name : BSIPROJECTDIRECTROYINTERFACE 

15. Choose Apply Settings .16. Under Web Service Configuration of Service Definition, in Transport Channel Authentication , select 

User ID/Password .17. Choose S ave.

In the Details of Service Definition check if the State is active . Creating BsiSmsyInterface...

1. Navigate to the soamanager transaction.

Creating External Aliases in SAP Solution Manager

UseYou use this procedure to create the following external aliases:

/ebb

/solmanbprinterface

Procedure...

1. Navigate to the SICF transaction.

2. Choose Execute .3. Choose External Alias .4. Under Virtuelle Hosts/Services , choose default host .5. Choose Create .6. In External Alias , enter /ebb.

7. Enter a description for the alias.8. In Logon Data , select Alternative Logon Procedure .9. Select Use All Logon Procedures .

10. Under Logon Data , enter the following details:

o Client : <client number> 

o Language : English 

You must leave the user field blank to ensure that the SAP Business Process Blueprinting toolvalidates your credentials.

11. In Trg Element , navigate to the following path /default_host/sap/bc/bsp/soco/ebbrepos.

12. Choose Save .13. Create one more alias for the /solmanbprinterface by repeating steps 1 to 11. 

You must enter /solmanbprinterfacewhile performing step 6 and you must navigate to

/default_host/sap/bc/solman/bprin step 11.

Creating an RFC Destination in SAP Solution Manager ...

1. Navigate to the SM59 transaction.

2. In the RFC Connection , select HTTP C onnections to ABAP System.3. Choose Create .4. In RFC Destination , enter AISOCO_SOLMAN_PROJECT.

5. In Technical Settings , enter the Target Host and Service Number details.6. In Pathprefix , enter /solmanbprinterface.

7. In Logon & Security , enter credentials.8. Choose Save .

Creating Logical Ports for SAP Solution Manager

UseYou use this procedure to create logical ports for the following:

/SOCO/CO_BSI_PROJECT_DIRECTORYINTERFACE

/SOCO/CO_BSI_SMSY_INTERFACE

PrerequisiteApply SAP Note 1495372

Procedure

Port for /SOCO/CO_BSI_PROJECT_DIRECTORYINTERFACE...

1. Navigate to the soamanager transaction.

2. In Service Administration , choose Single Service Configuration .

3. In the Web Services Administration screen, in Search by field, select Consumer Proxy .4. In Search pattern , enter *Bsi*. 

5. In Field , select External Name .6. From the Search Results , select the /SOCO/CO_BSI_PROJECT_DIRECTORY_INTERFACE .7. Choose Apply Selection .8. Under Details of Proxy Definition , choose Configurations .9. Choose Create Logical Port .

10. In the SOA Management pop-up, select Configuration type as Manual Configuration .11. Enter the following details:

  Enter Logical Port Name as LP_SOCO_SOLAR  

  Select Logical Port is Default    Enter a Description for the port  Choose Apply Settings  

12. Under the Web Service Configuration of Proxy Definition  section , choose Consumer Security. 13. Enter a User Id / Password.14. Choose Transport Settings and enter the following details:

  Enter the URL Access Path to/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/bsiprojectdirectroyinterface/<clientnumber>/bsiprojectdirectroyinterface/bsiprojectdirectroyinterface 

To get the client number, navigate to the bsiprojectdirectroyinterface using

the SICF transaction. If the bsiprojectdirectroyinterface is inactive then right click and choose Activate

Service.  Enter your server name in the <Computer Name of Access URL>

  Enter the <Port Number of Access URL> 

  Choose Save  

Port for /SOCO/CO_BSI_SMSY_INTERFACE...

1. Navigate to the soamanager transaction.

2. In Service Administration , choose Single Service Configuration .3. In the Web Services Administration screen, in Search by field, select Consumer Proxy .4. In Search pattern, enter *Bsi*.

  Enter the Logical Port Name as LP_SMSY   Select Logical Port is Default    Enter a Description    Choose Apply Settings  

12. Under the Web Service Configuration of Proxy Definition section, choose Consumer Security .13. Enter a User Id / Password .14. Choose Transport Settings and enter the following details:

  Enter the URL Access Path to /sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/bsismsyinterface/<client

number>/bsismsyinterface/bsismsyinterface 

To get the client number, navigate to the bsismsyinterfaceusing the SICF

transaction.

If the bsismsyinterface is inactive then right click and choose Activate Service.   Enter your server name in the <Computer Name of Access URL>  Enter the <Port Number of Access URL>  Choose Save

Initial Setup

UseYou use this procedure to configuring the SAP Business Process Blueprinting tool.

You can manually enter the configuration information in the following location: Window-> Preferences->System Configuration. 

PrerequisiteYou have downloaded SAP Business Process Blueprinting 1.0.

Procedure...

1. Log on to the page using the URL: http://<system name> :< portnumber>/ebb/setup.asp. 

2. Enter User Credentials .3. Choose OK. 

The Administration page opens.4. To add a new space, choose Add New Space .5. To save the ebbconfig.txt on your system, choose Download .

The configuration file has the following details:

  serverName

  server  httpport  httpsport  packageID

6. Save the ebbconfig.txt file in the downloaded location.7. Run the setup.exe file.

To change the configuration information at a later point in time:

  Close the SAP Business Process Blueprinting tool.  In the installed location, delete the workspace folder.  In the installed location, replace the ebbconfig.txt file.  Run the SAP Business Process Blueprinting tool.

Installing SAP Business Process Blueprinting

UseYou use this procedure to install SAP Business Process Blueprinting.

Prerequisite  You have configured SAP Solution Manager 7.1.

You have completed the initial setup.

You have /soco/fabric_admin as a user role.

To allow other users to access and document their SOA content, you must assign /soco/fabric_user as a user role.

Procedure ...

1. Download the setup.exe from the following location https://service.sap.com/swdc ->Installations and Upgrades - Entry by Application Group->SAP Development Projects->SAP NETWEAVER BPL->SAP NETWEAVER BPL PILOT 2010 .

You must place the setup.exe file in the same location as the configuration file.For more information: Configuring SAP Business Process Blueprinting Server.

2. Double click the setup.exe file.3. Follow the instructions displayed on the Installation Wizard screen.

Result

You can access implementation project and the details associated.
