Determine where you want your TV mounted on your wood stud wall. Note that the center of the metal in wall box (A) of this TV mount will represent the center of your TV. Choose the appropriate height for your viewing pleasure. The location you choose must be between two 16 inch on center wood studs.

Step 1 Now that you have chosen an area. Mark out an area 14.5 inches wide and 13 inches tall. Note again the center of this area will be the center of your TV . Make sure that the vertical edge lines are located on the inside edge of your wood studs. Fig.1

Step 2 Cut out the drywall in the marked area with the appropriate tools . Fig.1

Step 3 Insert the metal in wall box (A) into opening. While pushing the box against the right stud, mark the location of all holes G1,G2, G3 and G4. Remove in wall metal box.

Step 4 Pre drill the four marked locations G1 through G4 with a 3/16 inch drill bit.

Step 5 Insert Metal in wall box (A) into opening. Arm should be attached to metal box on the left side. Take four lag screws (E) from Bits Bag. Using a ratcheting wrench tighten screws G1 through G4. Shown in Fig 2.

Refer to the TV mounting screws cross reference guide on page 1 to determine the diameter and length of the screws needed to match the size and depth of the holes on your TV.

Step 6 Determine your Vesa size (in mm) fig. 4. If Vesa size is100x100, 100x200, 200x100 or 200x 200 go to step 8. If your Vesa pattern is 300x200, 300x300, 400x200, 400x300 or 400x 400, go to step 7. NOTE: You Will Not Need Two Adaptor Brackets (D).

Step 7 Attach the two extension wings (Dx2) to the TV wall plate (B) location. Using four bolts (P), washers (Q), locknuts (R) and spanner tool (O) attach the two extension wings on the TV plate tightly. See Fig 5.

Step 8 Align TV plate to your TV (Make sure “TOP” is up on TV plate). Screw 4 selected bolts into the thread holes on the TV back, through a washer (T) and the corresponding holes on the TV plate(Fig 4). Some TV’s may require the use of spacers (S).Spacers are placed between the TV and the TV plate. See Fig. 6. Step 9 Attach two nuts (R) to the top 2 permanent bolts on back of TV plate (B). Use Spanner (O). Do not tighten all the way yet. Leave about 1/4” space between nut and TV plate. Slide 2 bolts onto U shaped slots on top of the arm extension (C). Secure 2 more locknuts (R) to the bottom bolts and tighten all 4 locknuts (R) down securely. See Fig 7
