foot peg

1. Remove cotter pin from bottom of existing pivot pin.

2. Remove pivot pin allowing

you to remove stock foot peg

and spring.

It may be necessary to use needle nose pliers or something

similar to push the pin out.

Be prepared for the spring to pop out of its slot once the pin is removed.

3. Use pliers and a strong

cable tie to compress the

spring so that the legs are at a 45° angle or

less.

4. Set foot peg spring in slot of new foot peg.

5. Hold foot peg with spring in mounting bracket.

6. Slide pin through mount, foot peg, and spring.

7. Re-install cotter pin on

bottom of pivot pin.

8. Clip and remove cable tie.

Adjust brake and shift levers as needed for comfort, checking that brakes and brake light work prop-erly after adjustment. Please ride with caution until you are accus-tomed to your new foot peg and

lever positions.
