Closed loop cooling confines the hot and cold aisles within the enclosure

so that cooling is applied directly to the equipment. This allows companies to manage power consumption, cooling delivery and temperature set points at the rack level. This technology reduces cooling and electrical costs up to 50% vs. a traditional data center.

Mission Critical Venting (MCV) provides ventilation and redundant cooling at the cabinet-level. MCV is a patented product from Instant Data Centers available for almost any of our enclosures. MCV provides active fast triggered ventilation in the event of an AC equipment failure or total power loss. MCV will tr igger on temperature spike or can be programmed to ventilate on a timer for NiMH UPS gassing.

MCV includes NEMA4 IP66 sealed mechanical louvers on the front door and chimney. These louvers open, then high-powered fans turn on, and the enclosure ventilates to the atmosphere. Using ambient outside air, avoiding any heat buildup while a graceful shutdown is performed, or while the generator star ts up in the background.

HEALTHCARE The enclosures are physically secure, with the combination of our access control keys this provides the audit record keeping requirement for SOX and HIPAA at the cabinet level. STACKABLEEach unit is manufactured with the ability to stack onto one another. With recessed patterns designed to fit the casters, they lock into place with an additional collar to allow heat to pass through. Ports are available to digitally connect the two boxes as well. It becomes a building block operation at this point. Share resources between systems and scale or down as you need them.

REMOTE OFFICEThese cabinets can be racked and stacked at a location of your choice. Configured, then unplugged and shipped to any location. Raser HPCThe Raser HPC is a 42U, high-density, hyper-efficient Micro-Modular Data Center™ capable of providing redundant cooling for IT heat loads from 20 to 80 kW.

The enclosure uses pre-engineered closed loop (re-circulated) cooling with zero bypass airflow. This “best practice” method of cooling contains the hot and cold aisles providing one of the greenest IT solutions on the market today with a PUE as low as 1.1.
