Message from the Master Journey on spiritual path is not linear. The progress curve is affected by set-back of ups and downs. This is because, the merit (Punya) and demerit (Papa) sanskaras generate positive and negative currents

respectively, speeding or slowing the efforts of the seeker. Virtuous and pious desires and actions generate positive current, psychically helping the seeker to hasten the journey towards spiritual goal. Virtuous actions, neutralizes the after-affects of vice, thus, accelerating the spiritual journey.

Ref: Gita-7-Sl.28) Meaning: “But those men of virtuous

deeds whose sins have come to an end, being freed from delusion in the shape of pairs of opposites (Positive and Negative) worship with firm resolve in every way.” So, ignorant of his immortal Eternal nature of life, Man sees other people being born, living the life of good and bad, and dying in lifespan of 100 years allotted to the human beings. Therefore, it never occurs to him about his Eternality as Soul. Since birth man experiences Birth, Growth, Decay and Death ( Jayate, Vardhante, Viparnamate, Nashyante). But fortunately he intuitively is aware that he is the same person as an entity, throughout the life since birth. This is the pathetic situation, born of ignorance. He is seeing his continuity of existential life as “Awareness” yet feels as mortal species identifying with perishable changing phases of physical body and mind. Knowledge gives light of enlightenment and power in worldly affairs. Where as spiritual knowledge confers Eternal life “Amrutatva”, by relieving the mind, its conceptual notion of birth and death. In Shajamarga system of yoga meditation, when the seeker enters the Central Region, after crossing the “Rings of Splendour” the very atoms of the body begin to turn into energy and further on to its Ultimate However it cannot be achieved by mere practice and self efforts. It needs helping support of Master. It is because at higher approaches of spiritual peak, consciousness becomes subtle and subtler, pushing back the seeker. Man has two aspects of personality one the Absolute which forms the Base-support of his existential life and the other relational, the day to day duality life of joys and sorrows. The Absolute Base of life is his own Self, Soul or Atman that he is not aware of to live consciously. It is only craving aspiration of devotion to Master that helps in reaching the spiritual culmination. Homogeneity and variety is inherent characteristic of Nature, the “Prakruti”. And, man has to find unity in diversity of

Nature. So, the inference is, one should refrain imposing ideas, and ideals on others, individually or collectively. Spiritual awakening, let it be a Self evolution and not imposition. Self disciplining of course, a must but let it be conscious efforts, Man is the epitome of universe. Microcosmically, he represents the cross section of macro cosmic universe. It means man has all structural components of universe in physical mental psych. Of course, Oriental philosophical thought like Vedanta conceptualizes universe is nothing but, a projection of mental ideation imaging phenomenon as graphically expressed by Sri Adi Sankara a great mystic Indian philosopher poet of 6th century AD.

Meaning: “At the time of SELF

Realization one experiences, the objective universe of “Names- and Forms” within himself, the Atman, as though outside, like seen in a dream, is only the play due to illusionary effect of Maya ( mind) just like a city seen in mirror. Of course, modern scientist, the Particular- Physicist, may not agree with this mystical conception of Thinker-Philosopher, because science believes in objectivity. These two viz : philosophy and science are two parallel lines which never meet. Conception of ‘Zero’ and Nothingness” empirically implies Universal Self Consciousness (USC). He says they were, to say so, representative Cosmic Men who were instruments of a divine intervention for fixing certain things in the evolution of the human race. The Descended divine even need not be aware of his source of divine descent. This contention of Sri Arabindo, can be vouchsafed, by the following statement recorded in the Scripture “Valmiki Ramayana” where in the incarnated divine being Sri Rama expresses his human descent acknowledging his ignorance of his Divine Origins:

Sl.11, Yudha Kand, Valmiki Ramayan) Universal Self Consciousness Spiritual Message, being propagated by IUSCM, and its Sahajamarga Dhyana Gruhastha Ashram (SMRYDGA) is Divine in nature and scope. It is catholic in scope and outlook. The Spiritual Aspirant is inducted to sublimate and sub mutate his parochial self conscience (i) into Universalisation as Absolute Pure Consciousness ( I ) , devoid of name and form, forming the Base ( Adhar) of Humanity common to all peoples of the world: it is just like the thread in a garland passthrough and connecting flowers of different colors and hue into the format of the garland.

The Spiritual Aspirant in IUSCM, intuitively devoid of ‘Name and Form” personality, Revels in Ultimate Divine Bliss of Pure Awareness, Shudha Chaitanya” of a Turiya Being”

People who have their Roots of Origin in Astral Worlds known as “Vasu-Looka”. They are not born, though apparently, look and feel the birth as men and women to some mortal parents, which of course, natural. In reality they are the Devine beings descended in human form to usher the New Spiritual Era of Spiritual Regeneration, and Evolution on the Continuum of Consciousness, leading to experience of Universal Self Consciousness. This type of phenomenon is not any thing new. It has, as indicated earlier afore, Great Sage Valmiki in Epic Ramyana, explained the descent of devatas (gods) as Vanaras (Monkeys) along with Lord Sri Rama, who is proclaimed by scriptures as Incarnation of lord Vishnu, to eliminate tyrant criminal, Raksha king called Ravana the king of Lanka. What is needed is “ Faith” and Trust on Divine Revelation.

Dr. Satyanarayana Chillapa (Swamiji) was born on 7th July 1932 to Sri. Ramakrishna Sastry and Srimati Radha Bayee (an orthodox family of Brahmins) in a small town called Chinnoor, in the Adilabad district of Andhra Pradesh State, India. His father was well learned in scriptures and a great devotee of Bhagavan Shiva. Chinnoor town is placed on the banks of Godavari River, with lush green forest full of wild animals, birds and plants, affording enchanting, wonderful scene especially at sunrise, sunset and in the night with full moon on a wide dark blue twinkling starry sky.

In his childhood he was more fascinated to nature truanting in the near by forests and rivers avoiding formal schooling. From the beginning he had a great fascination towards, Sadhus, saints, fakirs and other God men. At a young age he along with other two friends Sri Sambhaih Regalla and Sri Sridhar Vedantam, made an abortive attempt to take Sanyasa, renouncing the life of household and lead a mendicant life. But, it failed, partly because they fell ill on the way during journey and partly of fear of un-known life of a mendicant. But, there was an unknown, hidden fascinating urge to explore the mysteries of hidden occult forces and experiences of astral life (Life beyond death).

In the year 1968, he started practicing Panthanjali's Ashtanga Rajayoga, as per the directions given by Swamy Vivekananda in the book "Rajayoga". The practice involved doing "Nadi-Showcha", that is, cleaning Ida and Pingala Nadis, through inhalation and exhalation, for two months and then started "Puraka, Kumbhaka, and Rechaka" in the ratio of 1:4:2, in Pranayama step. He practiced "Ashtakshari Upasana" (Om,

namo Narayanaya) and “Dwadasakhari" - (Om, namo Bhagavate Vasudaevaya) as an aid in Pranayama. The Pranayama practice used to prolong to 20 cycles for 40 Minutes. It did some good, but he lost his health and became too weak to walk. Problems like tremors in the body, ringing circling - vibrations in the brain, as if the mind is put in a centrifugal machine were felt during sleep, in semi conscious state. However, experienced some initial occult signs such as fire flakes, visions of blue sky, stars, moon sun, psychic feeling of getting drenched in rain etc; were observed during, Dharana, and Dhyana steps of yoga. Indications of yoga activation's like, scanty excretions, loss of thirst, agreeable body odour - scent, melodious voice increased appetite, occult perception of smells, taste and voices were felt during the Pranayama practice. However, there was no satisfactory progress towards the experience of Samadhi (Trance) as forecast by Pantanjali Maha Rushi. His Health deteriorated rapidly, necessitating to search for an alternate approach.

At this stage, he came in contact with a yogi by name Sri Krishna Reddy, who introduced him to a different method of yoga. The method involved looking in a mirror with candle light (Deepa) to identify and concentrate on the ultimate Principle radiating through the eye sight, while chanting a mystical "mantra". This, when introduced, resulted in a sudden flow of Shakti (power) with deep-pulled-up breathing starting from navel ring ascending towards head causing intense vibrations, pulling the eyes inside and tightening the mouth and Jaws, and throat, with stopping of the breath, but, the flow of the energy did not ascend beyond the throat region and body relaxing after that This method he practiced for few months. But was not satisfied, because external awareness remained and merging of mind in consciousness did not materialized. Discontentment and mental restlessness did not subside.

The search for some other method suited to achieve the goal continued. And in the search, contacted a Malayali Yogi (Swami) who was residing in a cave on a hill top of the, Kapilatirtham at Tirupati. He instructed a different kind of

Pranayama, involving rapid inhalations and exhalations in a quick, succession known as "Bhastrika-Pranayama", and assured that it will soon result in "Kevala Kumbhaka", leading to Samadhi (Trance). But it resulted in severe headache. He stopped the practice. He was not impressed by him and his attainment of yoga Siddhi. However, he was praying to his chosen deity Bhagavan Narayana to guide and lead to goal achievement.

At this juncture (1969), he was guided by his friend Sri. P.Muralidhar Rao to Dr. K. C. Vardhachari, who was the preceptor in-charge of Sahajmarg system of Rajayoga in Tirupati. His first encounter with Dr. K.C. Vardhacahri, was not well augured. After hearing him, he asked him to abandon what that entire he was practicing including sandhya vandan, which is a cultural norm enjoined on a Brahmin. Dr. Varadachari could not give any convincing reasons for such an act. He was in a fix, as what to do.

He was reminded of Bhagavan Sri Krishna's advice to Arjuna

“Shreyan Swadharmo vigunaha para dharmath swanushiti thath

swabhava niyatam karma kuruvan na apnothi kilbhisham" (G. 18-47).

Meaning: A well merited and well designed alien theological faith (Dharma) is not to be coveted over the one's own, though may have defective lapses, since it is once own Swabhava or nature. And, it is preferable to perish in his own dharma, rather accepting the alien which is frightful, because it is not known of its inherent lapses and deficiencies.

Dr. K.C.V with well merited wisdom, chastised him by flinging another verse given by Bhagavan Sri Krishna Viz: - "If you surrender to me my grace would take you across all troubles and hurdles on the path. And, if by ego do not comply; sure you would perish

(G-18-58)".

He was not impressed by his suggestive argument. Especially dropping out "Sandhya-Vandanam". Dr. Varadachari also declined to initiate in Sahajmarg system of yoga. Not, withstanding the above said ideological incompatibility, he used to visit him every week just to keep touch with a holy yogi. It went on for 2-3 months. Later on he relented and initiated. He was going regularly for satsangh in the ashram and also for personal sittings at his residence. Subsequently, he had a very useful and valuable rapport with him. Dr.Varadachari intellectually, was a towering personality, who by incisive thought provoking writings, laid a sound theoretical base for Shajmarg system of philosophy. Any school of thought cannot stand the test of time unless is footed on empirically workable prepositional theory. He was a great saint and apostle of Sahajmarg system of philosophical thought and a rare Gyana-yogi of present era. Swamiji, is dedicated to Vedic learning and culture with deep attachment to Bhagavathpada Sri. Adisankara’s Advitic tenets. The writings recorded in the book ‘Knowledge Devine’ reflects author’s intuitive insight and mystical revelations emerging from prolonged Rajayoga practice under his guru. He was blessed by his Maser with the grace of “Aja Smruti” that is revelation conscience of corporeally unborn state, which is the highest attainment of yoga culture. His deep faith in guru and professional knowledge in Analytical research procedures, in contemporary social and behavioural sciences helped him to empirically validate the effectiveness of Sahajmarg system of Rajayoga as a tool in probing selected Dimensions of Reality as oriented to Advitic “School of Thought”. While doing initiations, astral body of abhyasis was seen at times as of clear glass and the energy centres as round dull crystals, as Master began cleaning each centre they became brighter or illuminated. Every abhyasi commented on their experience during the sitting, all comments were positive and encouraging. 8/7/12

During Swamiji's birthday celebration Sat sang a gentle touch or a brush of a finger was felt on middle of the forehead just above the eye brows (aagna chakra).It was felt again the next day. 13/7/12

Insignificant dream about a friend not seen for a number of years, it wasn't the dream itself that surprised me but the last few moments of it, during which my friend's conversation with his wife was heard but had no context to the dream at all. The conversation seemed to be real taking place in their kitchen at the present time and not in the dream itself. His wife was not present in any part of that dream. 18/7/12

Mainly during meditation a pulsing or surging sensation is felt on top of head at the point where both parietal bones and occipital bone meet.

Experiencing some profound and deep thoughts from time to time. Prayers before meditation and prayer to the Master seem very subtle and sometimes almost inaudible, they are more felt than heard. Their contents are always there but expressed in a subtler way, more like a gentle breeze than flowing water.

We may believe something or we may know something. What is the difference? If you tell me, that chair over there is strong enough to take my weight I may believe you but only when I sit in it and it holds my weight do I know it is strong enough. Similarly with honey, you may tell me it is sweet because you have tasted it but if I have never tasted honey, even though I may believe you only when I put some honey on my tongue and experience the sweet taste will I know that honey is sweet. So we may believe or not believe that God exists but how can we know?

God, whatever That is, is said to have three attributes, omnipresence, omniscience and omnipotence. That is very broad, everywhere at once, knowing everything and able to do anything and everything. So let us just take the first of these, omnipresence. Quantum physics tells us that an electron exists at one point and simultaneously at all other points in the universe. Science is concerned with verifiable information

So this is not just guesswork; experiments have shown that an electron can exist in more than one place at the same time. This seems to defy logic so for a more practical example think about an email. You write an email at your desk on your computer but then anyone can read it instantaneously anywhere else in the world, so long as they have the instrument to read it. Ten people can read it all at the same time, it exists everywhere at once. Quantum physics also tells us that what we perceive all matter and light and electromagnetic radiation, comprises just four percent of the universe. Another forty percent is what has been termed dark matter. Not dark because it is somehow bad but because at present our instruments are unable to detect it. We only know it is there because it exerts a gravitational force and this we can measure. Then another fifty or so percent is comprised of what is termed dark energy. How do we know this? We know this because the universal omnipresent force of gravity should be drawing all matter together yet the universe is expanding. Not only is the universe expanding but the expansion is accelerating! This is explained through the hypothesis of the existence of dark energy, invisible energy.

So in all of this life has somehow come into existence. Through the fusion of hydrogen atoms in our sun to form the elements on the periodic table up to iron and all the other elements that make up the rest of the planet having been formed in the core of exploding suns in some far distant solar system or galaxy, somehow life has come onto being. Each cell in our bodies programmed with precise intelligence through their DNA molecules that are made up of millions of atoms, defining functions that contribute to the wellbeing of the whole body. The

skin cell, the liver cell, the brain cell each knowing precisely what it has to do and all this without our having to think about it or will it. Could it be that this so called dark energy is in fact the energy of consciousness, the omnipresence some call God? This being so can we know this omnipresence through our meditation practice? Omnipresent means present in you too. So you can close your eyes and feel it. This is why it is said, honour and worship your own being, God dwells within you as you. I came to know about you through your letter to Master Saheb. I am now writing my spiritual condition whatever it is by the grace of Master. Experience – less Experience: When Yogi do not experience any objective phenomenon amidst the swirling day to day work-norm activity, transcending the Nature’s principle of action-reaction response of body-mind, is called as “No-Experience Conscious State Phenomenon” of Mind. It, the mind, turns-round and looks on itself. There is passivity of ‘no-action’ feeling, though busy in business. Positive – negative conscious currents get cancelled; mind is with ‘No-Charge’. It is neutral; it just ‘peeps-down’ the outlets of the face. People of ‘worldly type’ generally get annoyed by the scorching heat of such aimless, target less, poring-down of conscience of Yogi: while, God-minded get reveled in Soul-bliss, Atmananda . Basically Mind is consciousness itself. The differential energy thought flow, because of, merited and de-merited micro impressions in consciousness helps to crystallize to shape it in to functional mind. Thus, mind projects its blue print of micro-impressions “as if seen out side” in solid three dimensional form during waking state of consciousness. And, as uni dimensional energy format, during the dream state of conscious life. Where as, in sleep mind attains dormancy, due to zero-dimension of conscious life; no ego, so there is no experience of objective universe. Soul attains Its Real pristine glory. That is the reason every body becomes Blissful in sleep, king or slave; virtuous or sinner; rich or poor; young or old; without any difference: bliss of all is one and the same with no difference what so ever. Is an abhyasi who has no access to knowledge of Kundalini or divine centres of the body, but has immense faith and love for the Master, qualified for Self Realization? Swamiji's response:

• An abhyasi who has unwavering faith and love for the Master automatically evolves to the subsequent planes of consciousness and merges with the Master ('Layavastha') even without detailed understanding of the underlying concepts.

• However, knowledge of the divine centres and milestones in the spiritual path, will no doubt add an extra dimension, but only to the journey and not to the end goal.

• It is evident that conceptual understanding is still a function of our Mind ('Intellect') which sits on top of an unchanging base, Pure Consciousness ('Intelligence').

• Swamiji further points out that the 'Intellect' gets its nourishment from the 'Intelligence'.

• It is therefore obvious that knowledge of the divine centres

and Kundalini is 'great to have' but not a 'necessary condition' to reach the end goal.

• The end goal of merging with a Self Realized Master, who

himself is 'ParaBrahma Swaroopa', transcending all boundaries and states, remains unchanged with or without the intellectual dimension.

Question 2: In the field of Astrology, all Self-Realized Individuals are

generally known to have special planetary combinations or Nirvana Yoga’s in their horoscopes. Does that mean that a normal abhyasi who does not have such a combination, can

evolve only up to a limited level but cannot attain Self Realization? Swamiji's response:

• Astrology is a divine science derived from our ancient scriptures and is certainly valuable.

• We notice that astrological predictions define certain outcomes with specified combination of planets in the horoscope, but the science does not categorically state that the said outcome is impossible without that combination.

• Planetary combinations may, to a partial extent, have the ability to outline one's 'Prarabda Karma'. Such predictions can often times be flawed, as the same scriptures state that astrology has a curse from Goddess Parvati and cannot predict accurately in times of need.

• Above all, establishing oneself in a Self Realized Master who is ParaBrahman himself, super cedes every logic, as the divine force from Master ('Pranahuti') erases the micro impressions ('Samskaras') of 'Prarabda Karma' and brings out a state of neutrality ('Shudha Chit').

Question 3: Sahajamarg System is a form of Dhyana Yoga. In some

cases, an individual who has deep dedication towards his Master, due to physical inability, may be unable to sit down and meditate. Is such an individual not a suitable candidate for Sahajamarg system? Swamji's response:

• An individual can adopt one of several paths to Self Realization. If he practices worship to a deity with the help of Mantra/Tantra ('Upasana'), it is required that the mind/body strictly follows certain predefined rules and processes.

• Sahamarg System, although a form of Dhyana Yoga, is more dependent on the Self Realized Master's divine force ('Pranahuti').

• An individual who has deep faith and love for the Master, independent of whether he is physically fit or unfit, has

invoked the grace of Master through 'Pranahuti' which will automatically help him in the process of evolution in a unique way tailored to the individual's circumstances.

• It can be compared to a river meandering its way down to the sea creating its own path around all obstacles. The only way to appreciate and derive its benefits is to experience it.

Shri. SRINIVAS had joined Shri Rama Chandra Mission on 20th December 1980 at the age of 16. He had an unique opportunity to sit with Samartha Sadguru Mahatma Shri Ramachandra Maharaj for 10 minutes in Master’s Cottage at Sahajahanpur on 10th February 1981, on the occasion of first Basant Pachami Celebrations. Shri M. Srinivas was initiated by Saint Sister Kasturi during Babuji Maharaj Birthday function at Lucknow in 2008. He translated five books in Hindi written by Saint Kasturiji into Telugu. He visited various holy places in India including Rev. Lalaji Maharaj Samadhi. He is born on 18.03.1965 to the pious couple Shri M. Tirupathi and Smt. M. Rajeshwari Devi in Karimnagar District of Andhra Pradesh, India . Presently he is working as Divisional Engineer in A.P. Electricity Board, at Warangal , Andhra Pradesh. He devoted himself whole heartedly in spreading the message of Pujya Babuji Maharaj and he is source of motivation to a large number of associates.
