5.3) Parameters Description: PROGRAM NAME: Defines the program name can contain up to 8 (eight) characters being possible to put numbers, letters and symbols. OPERATING VOLTAGE: Defines the operating voltage, can vary from 10V to 150V for chicken or 250V for turkey. Case any value was put out this operating range, automatically the system exchange to the maximum or minimum value VOLTAGE LIMIT: Defines the porcentage of maximum and minimum range about the operating voltage, can vary from 00% to 20%. For example, if the operating voltage is 100V and the limit voltage is 10%, the operating voltage range can vary from 90V(Min) to 110V(Max). This configuration only will be used if the current control mode is different of “OFF”. PS.: The ICAS® should be installed to the current control works. OPERANTING FREQUENCY: Defines the operating frequency with range from 0.04kHz to 2.50kHz. This parameter depends on the waveform. CURRENT LIMIT: Defines the current to be applied per bird (mA/brd), can vary from 000mA/brd to 999mA/brd. This parameter only will be used if the current control mode is different of “OFF”. PS.: The ICAS® should be installed to the current control works.

CURRENT MODE: Defines the operating current control mode, can be: “OFF”, “MIN”, “MID” and “MAX”. This parameter modifies the operating mode of others parameters. Current control mode descriptions, considering that the equipment is configured to work with the voltage from 100V to 10%, current of 50mA/brd and ranging the current control according below exemple: OFF – Current Control turned off. The voltage doesn´t vary and doesn´t have current control. MIN – Minimum current control mode. The voltage applied to the chickens

will stay ranging between the programmed voltage and the programmed voltage plus the limit. This control wants to keep a minimum current for chicken set by parameter: CURRENT LIMIT.

MID – Mid current control mode. The voltage applied to the chickens will stay ranging between the programmed voltage minus the limit and the voltage programmed plus the limit. This control wants to keep one mid current for chicken set by parameter: CURRENT LIMIT. Minimum voltage = OPERATING VOLTAGE - VOLTAGE LIMIT Maximum voltage = OPERATING VOLTAGE + VOLTAGE LIMIT

MAX–Maximum current control mode. The voltage applied to the chickens will stay ranging between the programmed voltage minus the limit and the programmed voltage. This control wants to limit the maximum current for chicken set by parameter: CURRENT LIMIT .

Sin-20k: Sinusoidal wave modulated at 20kHz. 0V DUTY CYCLE: Defines the percentage of the duty cycle. Your operating range goes from 01% minimum to 98% maximum. However this paremeter depends of the wave form, being functional with the Sixstep wave and DC wave. VOLTAGE ADJUST: Defines operating voltage adjust through of the your multiplicative factor, can vary of no minimum 0.00x to no maximum 9.99x. For example, if the operating voltage is 10V and the parameter: VOLTAGE ADJUST is 2.00, then the voltage showed on the main screen becomes 20V. CURRENT ADJUST: Defines the current adjust. As in voltage adjust, through your multiplicative factor can vary of no minimum 0.00x to on the maximum 9.99x. For example, if the current measure is of 25mA/brd and the parameter: CURRENT ADJUST is 2.00x, then the current presented in the main screen becomes 50mA/brd.

13.0) FAQ: - How works the wave Six-Step? The wave Six-Step is a wave that has 6 levels, being 2 positive, 2 negative and 2 off. The parameter "DUTY CYCLE" changes the percentage of time that the wave is at the level off. The sum of 6 levels must give 100%, if the off time increases the on time positive and negative will decrease. Example: - What Should I Do if the count of birds is not wor king? Check if the Jumpers J1 e J2, are positioned correctly on the PCB. The default position is NPN. Make sure the electrical installation of sensors is correct (connecting wires, humidity in the amendment). Check that the indicators of sensors (LED) light when detects the presence of the sensing element. Make sure the cable of sensors within the cabinet is properly connected to the control board. Check the distance of the sensors is correct (1mm of 2mm of the sensing element). - The shock is not working. What Can I do? Make sure the fuse of the board of power is not damaged. Make sure the parameter "VOLTAGE ADJUST" is correct. Make sure the calibration of equipment was done correctly. Make sure the power of the equipment is correct (220Vac). Make sure the connections within the cabinet of whips are correct. Make sure the emergency button is activated (rotate clockwise to inactivate). Make sure the connectors of Input and Output of equipment were properly mounted as the item 12.0 P.57.

- The current is not measured correctly? Make sure calibrate was done correctly to the waveform used. Make sure the current cable gauge is properly connected within the cabinet. Make sure the parameter "CURRENT ADJUST" is set. - The equipment not turn on. Make sure the power of the equipment is correct (220Vac). Make sure the emergency button is activated (rotate clockwise to inactivate) Make sure the connections within the cabinet of whips are correct. Make sure the display may be burned. -The clock loses the date? Try to Change the battery. There are 2 models of control board, one with a socket for battery and another without the socket. If your control board has the socket of the battery, change it with a new battery 2032, otherwise send the card to control the factory to be done to change the battery - The equipment does not come out of the screen cal ibration or the Exchange Password? Make sure the Dip Switches are off in the control board. - I can not access the equipment by the network. Make sure that the communication interface is properly installed. See the WebServer Manual for more information.
