1.Safety Regulations

For your safety, please read this handbook carefully to be more

familiar with the application and limitations of the machines and the

related potential risks.

1.1 Read the instructions before using the equipment

1.2 Do not boot the equipment before closing the bin gate

1.3 The operation air pressure for this equipment ranges from 0.2 to

0.6 MPa. Any air pressure falling beyond this range will damage the

machine

1.4 This machine adopts the third grounding method. It is important

to keep the grounding normal. Poor grounding will cause the

dangers towards the machine and user

1.5 Electricity Box should not be opened without professional staffs

are present

4.Inspection and Alignment

1.Check that whether the tray is smooth 2.Check that whether there are

some foreign matters on the

silicone pad

3.Module Alignment 4. Alignment on the silicone (LCD

screen is on the silicone while IC

is beyond the silicone)

put the product on the external

part of the anvil cell and close the

5.Operation Process

Screen-Pressing Process

5.1 Check that whether the power and air source is normal or not and

whether the vacuum pump power and pipe are connected to the

equipment;

5.2 Switch on the power and press the button to boot the equipment

to check that whether the equipment can operate normally or not;

5.3Put the LCD with the OCA glue on the cut silicone (please stagger

the silicone away from the IC position of the flat cable);

5.4 Open the gate and put the tray on the cabinet;

5.5 Close the cabinet gate;

5.6 Press button to boot the equipment;

5.7 Wait patiently for 2 to 6 minutes;

5.8 Wait until the two indicator lights off or the vacuum table turns to

the minimal value. Open the cabinet gate and take out the product;

5.9 The process completed, check whether the product is normal or

not.

6.Debubbling Process

Note: when coating the OCA glue, the bubbles may be too large in

some cases, which results in the bubbles existing after lamination.

Please follow the following methods to debubble.

6.1 Please place the laminated assembly on the foam (please make

sure that the foam stagger from the IC of flat cable, as illustrated)

6.2 Open the gate and place the tray with products on the cabinet

6.3 Close the gate

6.4 Press the Button to put down the equipment

6.5 Predict the duration based on the exact situation

6.6Again press to put down the machine

Relation between Vacuum Degree and Altitude

Generally, the design and tested parameters of the vacuum pump

are conducted under the standardized air pressure environment. If the

altitude is changing, the exact performance will also change.

The exact parameters are displayed in Table 1:

Debugging of Vacuum Pressure Gage

1、Debugging of SMC Vacuum Pressure Gage

<Process>

1.1 Enter the Pressure Setting Status

(1) As Stated Above

(2) Set the pressure switch to automatically

enter the debugging mode after the

power is switched on

Press one time under the debugging

mode to enter the pressure setting status

1.2 Under the pressure setting status, [P_1] and the Set Value will be displayed

alternatively on the screen

Note: [P_1] will be shown in the delayed-type constantly-open output mode.

[m_1] will appear in the delayed-type constantly-closed output mode. (P1L,P1H)

will appear in the comparative-type constantly-open output mode. (n1L,n1H.)

will appear in the comparative-type constantly-closed output mode.

<How to configure the value>

Examples:

1.2.1 Use “Up” and “Down” to change the

set value. The first figure will flash

1.2.2 Use “up” and “down” to configure any

button

1.3 Every time pressing the “SET”, the next figure (higher digit) will flash. When the

highest digit is zero, or will flash.

If the highest digit flashes, press “set”, the lowest digit will flash.

1.4Hold the “SET” for over one second, return to the set value display mode

Only need to press the “up” and “down” to

adjust the reference value shown in Table 1

”Present Value” displayed in Main

“Reference Value” displayed in Sub

0 action is needed (no need for operation) to display the present and

reference values.

3、Operation Method, Menu Setting Mode

Under the RUN mode, hold the MODE button for 2 seconds to switch to

the Menu setting mode
