Troubleshooting
Current structure puts the “help desk” in the campus library.
Students will return non-working or broken laptops to the library in order to be checked in through the library management system.
A technology work order will be placed on behalf of the student.
A loaner will be checked out if one is available. When the ticketed laptop is in working condition, the
student will return to the library to make the exchange.
Specific procedures will be determined by the campus administration.
