Instructions for boarding flights from Guangzhou to Amman

1. Visa and air ticket

Chinese citizens can apply for visa on arrival, and require hold an

ordinary passport valid date for more than 6 months and a return ticket.

2. Jordan travel application form and QR code

Log in to https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo/form/,and fill out the

application form to obtain the QR code. The QR code will be checked

by the airport counter when check in.

3. Negative proof of nucleic acid test

a. Passengers who transit to Amman via Kuwait require hold a paper

version of COVID-19 nucleic acid test negative result certificate

(which also need be presented when transiting in Kuwait).

b. Test report shall be issued by testing institutions authorized by local

governments.

c. The nucleic acid test within 96 hours before boarding the flight

d. The reports shall be in English or both Chinese and English, with the

seal of testing institutions or hospitals.

e. It is recommended to prepare 3 copies (One original +two copies) of

the paper version of nucleic acid test negative report certificate in

case the airport needs to be kept one during transit.

Instructions for boarding flights from Kuwait to Guangzhou

From 05Nov2020, passengers flying from Kuwait to Guangzhou are need

to complete:

1. The nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding the flight.

2. Chinese citizens should upload the negative report of nucleic acid test

to WeChat Mini Program of international version of epidemic

prevention within 12 hours after got the report to obtaining the green

health code of "HS" mark. Foreign citizens need to contact Chinese

embassies and consulates to obtain health statement.

3. Complete and obtain COVID-19 antibody serum negative certificate

(SARS-CoV-2 IgG/IgM antibodies test) within the test period notified by

the airlines.

4. Boarding with nucleic acid test negative certificate&COVID-19

antibody serum negative certificate (IGG/IGM) and “HS” green health

code or health statement.

1. The testing institution designated by the Chinese embassy in Kuwait is

The New Kuwait German Laboratory. The laboratory cooperates with

other medical institutions to carry out testing. Passengers can go to the

cooperative institutions to take samples, and the test report is issued

by The New Kuwait German Laboratory.

2. TB control UNIT is designated as the SARS-cov-2 IgG/IgM antibodies

test, and the test time will be notified by the airline when the flight

ticket is issued, please arrive at the hospital 15 minutes in advance.

Instructions for boarding flights from Turkey to Guangzhou

In order to reduce cross-border transmission of Covid-19, starting from

7th November, 2020 all Chinese and foreign passengers who are to fly

from Turkey to China will be required to take nucleic acid and IgM anti-

body tests and then apply for a green health code with the "HS" mark or

a certified health declaration form before boarding the flight.

The specific requirements are as follows:

1. Test Requirements

Passengers going to China via direct flights must take nucleic acid and IgM

anti-body tests within 48 hours before boarding. They must take the tests

at a medical institution designated or recognized by the Chinese Embassy

in Turkey/ Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul and then apply at the

Chinese Embassy in Turkey/ Chinese Consulate General in Istanbul for a

green health code with the "HS" mark or a certified health declaration

form with certificates of negative results of both tests.

Passengers going to China via connecting flights must take nucleic acid and

IgM anti- body tests in Turkey within 48 hours before boarding their flight

to the transit country and then take both tests again in the transit country

within 48 hours before boarding the plane to China. Passengers must

apply at the Chinese embassies/consulates in BOTH countries for green

health codes with the “HS" mark or certified health declaration forms with

certificates of negative results of both tests.

2. Chinese Passengers Applying for Green Health Code with the "HS”

Mark

Chinese passengers must upload to the WeChat Health Code app photos

of their negative nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests results, which will

then be examined and verified by the Chinese embassy/consulates. Then

they will get the green health code with the "HS" mark. Passengers must

present the green code within its validity period to the airlines flying

directly to China before boarding. Validity period of health code is

calculated based on sampling date.

3. Foreign Passengers Applying for Certified Health Status Declaration

Form

Foreign passengers must email the scanned copies of their negative

nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests results along with their passport

information page and the signed health declaration form to the Chinese

embassy/consulates mailbox. The Chinese embassy/consulates will then

examine and verify the above information and email the stamped certified

health declaration form back to the passenger. Passengers are advised to

print the form out and bring the form with them to the airport. They must

present the form within its validity period to the airlines flying directly to

China before boarding. Validity period of Certified Health Status

Declaration Form is calculated based on sampling date.

4. Reminder

Please read the requirements carefully and follow them accordingly.

Failure to obtain the green health code with the "HS" mark or a certified

health declaration form with negative nucleic acid and IgM anti-body tests

results means you do not qualify for boarding the flight to China and will

have to change your itinerary. If you must go to China via connecting

flights, please check the transit country's entry regulations and its nucleic

acid and IgM anti-body tests requirements beforehand. Failure to enter

the transit country or meet the requirements regarding the tests, the

green code or certified health declaration form could result in being

stranded and heightened infection risks.

Instructions for boarding flights from Dubai to Guangzhou

According to the latest requirements of relevant authorities in China, the

time limit for nucleic acid test report of passengers on flights from UAE to

China is now clarified: 3 days (72 hours). Since 30th September, the

validity period of the test report will be calculated based on the sampling

time and will not be calculated based on the time of issuing the test report,

If you need to transfer back to China, please also upload your air ticket or

itinerary to the international WeChat mini-program, also need to hold

COVID-19 SARS-Cov-2 IgG/IgM Antibodies Test.

1. COVID-19 nucleic acid test results should be issued by SEHA, the

testing institution designated by the Chinese Embassy and Consulate

in Dubai and can be made through SEHA APP or by calling the hotline

8001717. The nucleic acid testing institutions designated by Dubai and

the Northern Emirate are in addition to the original SEHA, Mediclinic

(hotline:8001999) and Canadian Specialty Hospital (hotline:

047072222)

2. Covid-19 SARS-Cov-2 IgG/IgM Antibodies Test Issued by the

nominated Iranian Hospital and sampling time is within 48 hours

before the departure of the flight.

3. HS Green Health Code (Chinese citizen) or health Status Declaration

(foreign citizen)

Chinese citizens should upload the negative nucleic acid test report to

WeChat, the international version of the health code, within 24 hours

after receiving the negative nucleic acid test report to obtain the green

health code with the HS logo. Foreign citizens should contact the Chinese

embassy or consulate to obtain the declaration of health status.

Instructions for boarding flights from Guangzhou to Dubai

1. Visa and air ticket

The United Arab Emirates has reinstated the free visa on arrival policy for

Chinese citizens, who should hold an ordinary passport valid date for more

than 6 months and a return ticket.

If you hold a Dubai residence visa and intend to return to Dubai by air, you

should obtain an approval to return to Dubai issued by the General

Administration of Residence and Aliens (GDRFA). The application website

3. Travel insurance covering COVID-19

Passengers should have travel insurance covering coVID-19 for the entire

date of travel (according to return tickets). The policy should be in English

or Chinese and should be presented at check-in. Otherwise, you will not

be able to board the plane and scan the following QR code to obtain the

applicable insurance.

4. Health declaration form

All passengers travelling from Guangzhou to Dubai are need to complete

this health declaration form and hand it to the staff at the check-in

counter (please print it in advance)

5. The quarantine commitment form

Guests who are final destination is Dubai should also complete the

quarantine commitment form and submit it to the Staff of Dubai Health

Authority upon arrival (please print and prepare in advance).

Passengers travelling from Jeddah to Guangzhou are required to provide

valid proof of negative COVID-19 nucleic acid test results, also SARS-Cov-

2 IgG Antibodies Test were performed. Sampling time for both reports

shall be within 48 hours prior to flight departure.

The nucleic acid test should be completed by the testing institution

designated by the Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia within 48 hours before
