Instructions for Purchasing Microsoft Official Curriculum & Labs and

Voucher Redemption Process

Thank you for participating in the groundbreaking Free Test Voucher Program brought to

you by the IAMCP and the Microsoft Partner Network. Please read and follow the

directions as listed below to execute your purchase and get your free testing voucher. You

will be able to secure one free voucher for each training course and lab you purchase. Only

one voucher per kit+lab purchase.

Following the directions as printed will save you time in the order process.

Instructions:

1. Once you have decided to purchase a kit and lab – please email the IAMCP business

office and we will give you a required MCT ID for this purchase. Your purchase will

not be processed without the MCT ID. Email etokwe@transsynergy.com to get your

ID number.

2. Please review the attached list of eligible courses and labs available for you to save

you time searching online. Once you find the course and associated lab you are

ready to start the order process. There is no limit to the number of courses & labs

you can purchase.

3. Follow the attached directions for How To Purchase Microsoft

Official Curriculum (dMOC) and Microsoft Labs Online (MLO)

4. Once you purchase your kit and labs, you will receive a receipt for your purchase

from curriculum vendor Arvato. A sample receipt is also attached. Once you get

your receipt, please complete the voucher redemption form here and email your

receipt copy to the IAMCP business office. Email etokwe@transsynergy.com and you

will receive your voucher code within 48 hours.

5. You are now ready to access your course and lab. Follow the attached instructions.

The labs are valid for one year but once you activate your labs, you will have 21

days to finish the course.

Purchase digital Microsoft Official Curriculum (dMOC)

and Microsoft Labs Online (MLO)

Place your order for dMOC and MLO on https://shop.courseware-marketplace.com/. For assistance

with your account, please use the “Contact us” link to find the RSC for your region.

dMOC may be ordered as a stand-alone product, but MLO must be ordered in conjunction with MOC,

therefore the description on the following pages demonstrates how to place dMOC + MLO together.

Place an order for dMOC and MLO

Navigate to https://shop.courseware-marketplace.com/

Login

Click “Microsoft Learning Products”

Check the box next to “Labs Online” to see all courses with available MLO

Alternately, search for a specific course, using the search box at to the top right of the screen.

Once the course is found, click “Details”

Select the radial button for “Digital only”

Select the check box for “Microsoft Labs Online”

Click Add to Cart

Enter the details that apply to the Lab:

Class Name (the partner will reference this class name in the Lab hoster’s system)

The start and end dates of the class (this is to allow load planning for the hoster, date can be changed with the hoster at any time)

Select the lab hoster

Click “Add Microsoft Labs Online”

Screen displays confirmation of add to cart.

Navigate to shopping cart by clicking the “Shopping Cart” at the top of the screen.

Ensure the cart contains all required items

Adjust quantity if necessary (MLO quantity can be equal to or less than total number of dMOC)

Click “Purchase now”

Enter the MCT ID in the overlay box and click “Validate”.

(email etokwe@transsynergy.com for the MTC ID)

Once validated, you may continue with the purchase process.

Activating MLO

Your license keys for MLO are available directly from the lab hoster. To find the lab hoster details, navigate to “My Account” and select “Microsoft Labs Online”. Click the “view Info” button to find the contact details for your lab hoster. For any additional assistance with MLO, please contact the lab hoster directly.

Distribute licenses for dMOC

Navigate to “My Account”

Click “Digital Library”

Find the course and click “Share”

A new tab will open and you will navigate to the Management Dashboard. From here you can share license keys.

Click “PDF” to print a PDF version of the license keys and Skillpipe instructions – use this to hand to your student in the classroom or attach to an email.

Click “Email” to send the license key and Skillpipe instructions via email, direct to the student. Status:

New: new, unused license

Mail sent: email was sent to the student (populates with email used to send details)

Printed: PDF copy of license key was printed Redeemed: student redeemed the license, email displayed is email student used to register on Skillpipe
