Instructions for Redeeming your Royals Ticket Vouchers for the 2021 season

Accessing Vouchers

• To access your vouchers, you can go to www.royals.com/vouchers and click the “Access Vouchers” button or click here.

• Log into your My Royals tickets account with your MLB.com login. This should be the same login you used to purchase your Voucher Plan.

Adding Vouchers to Your Account

• When you log into your tickets account, you will be taken to the Voucher Programs page. You can enter your voucher’s barcode into the box at the top of the page and click “Add.” Once the vouchers have been added, they will be shown below.

• The barcode for the vouchers can be found at the bottom of the physical voucher. Examples of these vouchers are Blue Crew and Community Relations Vouchers.

Accessing Vouchers

• Once logged in, you should be taken to the vouchers page where you can see all your voucher inventory.

• You can also access this page by clicking the sandwich menu button in the top right-hand corner and then click “Vouchers.”

Redeeming Vouchers

After selecting your Voucher Plan, your vouchers will be listed on the page. Click “Redeem” at the bottom of the page to begin the redemption process.

After clicking “Redeem,” each voucher will have a clickable button next to it. Click the check box of which vouchers you would like to redeem, then click “Continue.”

After selecting the number of vouchers you would like to redeem, you will be taken to a page that lists the eligible games.

After selecting the game you would like to attend, you can choose the seating area. When you find the seats you like, click “Add To Cart” and you will be taken to the shopping cart page.

Redeeming Vouchers

If you would like to select your own seats, you can select the section you would like to sit in on the seating map. If your voucher has eligible upgrades, those areas will be highlighted as well.

When you get into the section on the seating map, tickets in blue will be available to select. After selecting the number of tickets, you will see the word “PREPAID” if the seats are in an eligible area. If you are upgrading your seats, it will show a discounted price. Click “Continue” to proceed with your order.

Adding Parking

• Parking can only be purchased online before arriving at Kauffman Stadium.

• Once in the cart, use the parking drop down to purchase the parking option that matches your seating section as seen in the example here.

Redeeming Vouchers

• After you have added parking, verify your tickets are correct and click “Place Order.”

• Please note that ticket barcodes and forwarding will not be available until late March. You will receive an email when your redeemed vouchers can be accessed in the MLB Ballpark app.
