Step n°1 :

Unscrew the capp (cable side) withthe spanner n°1.

Unscrew the guard with spanner n°2 or n°3 depending on the drill.

Please see at the bottom of the pagefor mandibular hand piece (F2)

Hold the head in the vise or with aplier and unscrew the transmissionscrew with a �at screwdriver.

Remove the diamond axle.

Speci�city F2 : Unscrew slightly the guard, then unscrew the transmission screw while maintaining the drill head with a screwdriver (with a plier for the drill F4). First remove the axle, then take o� the guard.

Step n°5 :

Remove the bearing (cable side)with the axle n°5.

Remove the two bearings &the seal with the axle n°4.

Step n°7 :

Put the bearings N° 7 (drill side) with a little bit of grease N° 10.

Put the seal N° 9 on the axle N°6. The hollow side of the seal must bein contact with the bearings . Then �x the seal on the bearings with ahammer.

The seal allows the maintainingof the bearings and the waterproofness.

Before reassembly, take care to clean all the parts

Then put the diamond axle in the body. Put the bearing on the transmission screw. Screw it onto the diamond axle (lightly tighten).

Screw the capp and the guard.

For the mandibular hand piece F2 and bowl hand piece F4, you mustinsert the guard in the diamond axle before putting it in the body.
