Instructions to ADD to a users print balance. Goto http://gbuniflow01/pwbudget and click in the upper left corner on the Budget Mgmt. button. (The other options below are not used)

Click on User and the student user list will be displayed.

To find the Student users account quickly, use the filter options in the upper right corner and click on filter icon

You can enter a last name (Name) or student ID (Logon) to filter quickly through the list of names.

or

Click the filter button and the individual user account is shown.

Click on the user and their budget management page will be displayed.

You will notice their recent activity to on the right side of the page for monitoring purposes.

To ADD funds to their budget, enter the applicable amount in Charge to Budget field and click Deposit (+)

Once you click Deposit (+), you will notice the change to their budget in the Current Balance field.

Click on Save or Save + Back to save the changes to the user budget. You can also Cancel the change if appropriate.

If you click on Save + Back it will bring you back to the user filtered list and you can add budget to another user from their or close the page on your browser.
