CalBond Gold is a modified, silicate-basedglue for thermal insulations. It setsquickly to provide a high-temperaturebond for porous insulating materials.CalBond Gold is completely asbestos free.
CalCoat-127 is a proprietary blend ofhydraulic cement, calcium silicate andinorganic mineral fibers, with corrosioninhibitors, that provides a smooth finishover high-temperature insulation.
CalCoat-127 is recommended forfinishing use with calcium silicate orperlite insulation in high-temperturepiping and equipment applications.
Recommended for weather-protectinginsulated vessels, tanks, piping, equip-ment, and duct work, Insulkote ET isa non-vapor barrier, weather-proofcoating for use over thermal insulationwhere breathing is required.
Super FiretempHigh-Temperature Insulation
Super Firetemp boards are a series ofnoncombustible, fireproofing productsused in assemblies requiring one- tofour-hour fire ratings with operatingtemperature limits from 1200 1800F(649 982C). Available in densitiesfrom 18-55 pcf (288-881 kg/m3), SuperFiretemp is composed of hydrouscalcium silicate and features a Xonotlite.Publication No. IIG-101
crystal structure, resulting in excep-tional strength and stability under fireconditions. Recommended for use oncolumns, beams, tanks, air and exhaustducts and cable trays.
