C) EXHIBITION BADGESThe cost of participation includes individual exhibition badges that are included with this Exhibition Services Kit. Companies will receive 1 exhibition pass per 3 sqm’s of exhibition space rented. You will receive your exhibition badges at the exhibition at the organizer’s stand. Please order your exhibition badges in form Exhibitor Staff Badges on the page 17.

D) CAR PARKING The hall does not have car parking spaces in close proximity to the building but during mantling and dismantling period the parking nearby the venue will be open.

E) SECURITYAs in most trade fairs, pilferage is always a problem. This problem is most severe on the last day of installation, the last few closing hours before and after the official closing (often exhibitors leave their stand to make transportation and other arrangements). Please take special care during these times, always lock away your exhibits, and never leave your personal valuables in the booth. Show management is not responsible for any losses or damages of your exhibit.

F) EXHIBITOR RESTAURANTCafe for exhibitors and visitors will be straight on the exhibition site. Also there are a lot of cafes near the hall.

G) EXHIBITOR RECEPTIONThis year we are planning to hold the exhibitor reception on XXX at a site to be announced. It is planned to start at 7.30 pm and finish at midnight. This reception will include a buffet dinner and cocktails. As we must provide both food and drinks, it is critically important that we know in advance the number of guests who will be attending. We provide free tickets to the extent of two tickets per 1 stand. Additional paid tickets are available at a cost of US$ 60.00 each. To receive additional tickets you must place your order for tickets using Exhibitor Welcome Reception Party - Order Form on the page 18.

2. Stand Equipment, Layout & FurnitureTo ensure that your stand is equipped, designed and constructed exactly as you require, it is essential that you give us precise instructions no later than March 6, 2017.

Please be aware that: 1. Changes or revisions may not be accepted on any orders after March 6, 2017.2. Additional advance orders may not be accepted after March 6, 2017.3. Payment must be made on all orders before March 6, 2017. Orders not paid for by the March 6, 2017 deadline risk cancellation. 4. On-site orders may cost an additional percentage over standard cost and will only be started after all advance ordered jobs are finished. Also materials for on-site orders may not be available.5. Water pipes and electrical cables may be inside your stand or near its entrance.

PAVILION LAYOUT AND UTILITY INFORMATIONThe exhibition hall is professional site with excellent conditions. However their are only a limited number of power, water and air connections and consequently water, power and air cables may be routed through your stand.

RAW EXHIBITION SPACE Raw exhibition space does not include any services for water and power. These services must be ordered on the furniture and equipment order form no later than March 6, 2017. All water hoses, drain hoses, electrical cables, distribution boxes and other supplies which connect your equipment to the pavilion point of supply must be provided. Show management is under no obligation to supply any connection or other materials. Labor to make connections will be made available at an additional charge.

STANDARD SHELL SCHEMEIf you ordered a standard shell scheme booth package, your stand will be equipped with the following furniture per 9 sqm’s of space ordered:

* Stand units with hardwall panels framed in aluminum, optional office (per 20 sqm stand), * Full grey carpeting throughout stand and office,* One small table with three chairs,* Three adjustable spotlights, Also each participant will receive, a 220V, 50 Hz. electrical outlet, one waste paper basket and a company identification sign (up to 10 letters).

On the following page are 2 drawings showing the standard shell scheme layout of 9 and 20 square meters stand. Also included is a blank 2.1 Stand & Equipment Layout Order Form for you to draw your specific layout. We require this form no later than March 6, 2017. If we do not receive your specific requirements prior to this date, your stand will be configured as shown in the enclosed drawings or as determined by show management. If you require additional furniture items (eg: showcases, shelves, etc.) and have not made prior arrangements, please order them using the furniture drawings and the Furniture & Additional Services Order Form found later in this section. Additional furniture or equipment ordered on site will only be available after all advance orders are filled.

All exhibitors contacting for stand building through the organizer will be provided with their company name (up to 10 letters) written in English or Russian on the stand fascia. The official language of Uzbekistan is Uzbek, however almost all business dealings are done in either Russian or English.

All company signs are printed in black, blue or red. If the color is not specified it will be black. Please complete the area below, in English or Russian, exactly as it should appear on your stand fascia:

Exhibitor Manual5. Visa InformationIn order to enter Uzbekistan, all non-CIS citizens must have a valid Uzbekistan visa. To receive this visa, first you must send us - visa application filled in and downloaded from the official site of Ministry of International Affairs http://evisa.mfa.uz/ . - a letter from your company that specifies your position in the company and the reason for your travel to Uzbekistan- a photocopy of the identification page (page with photo) of your passport.

After your visa is officially approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan, you must use the “Visa Invitation Letter” which we will email to you to make a formal application for a visa.

Once your visa approval is given by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan, we will send by email to you a “Visa Invitation Letter” which will also include a visa approval number. At the same time, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan will send E-mail confirmation of your visa approval (an approval number) to the Uzbekistan embassy at which you stated on the visa application that you would apply for your visa.

When you receive the “Visa Invitation Letter”, you must then make your formal application for a visa at the Uzbekistan embassy. At this time you must submit to the Uzbekistan Embassy, your passport (not a photocopy but your original passport), the Visa Invitation Letter which we send you, passport photos, a Uzbekistan Visa Application Form, and the relevant visa processing fee. Typically, the faster you need the visa to be issued, the more money you will be charged for the visa which is stamped onto a page in your passport.

Only citizens of countries without the Embassy of Uzbekistan on their territory can apply for visa to be stamp in passport in the Airport of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By they also need to receive visa support letter from us y emal before their flight to Tashkent.

To start this process, first you must complete visa application filled in at the official site of Ministry of International Affairs http://evisa.mfa.uz/ which includes the name of the Uzbekistan embassy to which you will send your passport when you make your formal application for a visa. Then we need to receive by e-mail this application along with a letter from your company that specifies your position in the company, a letter from your company that specifies the reason for your travel to Uzbekistan, and a photocopy of the identification page of your passport. Once we receive these four (4) pieces of information, we will arrange to make an application on your behalf at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan for you to be granted an Uzbekistan visa. This governmental approval process can take up to fourteen working (14) days for all countries except Turkey and China. For Turkey and China visa support process can take up to 30 days.

Exhibitor ManualAs you can see this is quite a long and complicated process, and it takes a considerable amount of time. As consequence, making your request for a “Visa invitation Letter” is one of the things that you must not delay. We urge you to please complete on the following page and fax it to our USA office as soon as possible. The cost for each “Visa invitation Letter” is US$ 50.00 for a person.

How to fill in a visa application:

Enter the information requested into the appropriate spaces on the form. Please answer all questions.  All information filled in must be in English only. Instead letters like Ã, Ö, â, ç, ğ, ñ, ü, ş please enter A, O, a, c, g, n, u, s. Review the information you entered for accuracy. To fill a form for a next person (for group and in same visa data, up to 10 persons) press Add Next Person Press the Continue button to save and print the form.

!Fill in the form only at the official site of Ministry of International Affairs http://evisa.mfa.uz/ , as after the filling of the application individual number and bar-code will be given to you. Ministry of International Affairs will use this number and bar-code in processing of your application.

Exhibitor Manual6. Official Catalogue Listing & AdvertisingAn official exhibition catalogue will be produced by the organizer s.r.o. which will list all exhibition participants. Each participant will be provided with the listing free of charge. This listing will consist of: company name, full mailing address, telephone, fax and telex numbers, and up to fifty (50) words of product description in Russian and English.

The listing will be printed in English and the local business language with both texts supplied by the exhibitor. Where no translation is provided, the listing will only be printed in one language. Translation services are available at the cost of $20.00 per 50 words.

In addition to this free service, exhibitors can order additional information to be printed in the catalogue. The cost of these services is as follows. Additional office locations ($30.00), additional product description words ($1.00/word) and company logo ($35.00).

Also color and black & white display advertising is available. With respect to display advertising the costs are shown on the “Catalogue Information and Order Form”. These costs assume that the publisher receives camera ready art work and does not include any charges for design, layout, specifying or color separations. All printing material will be kept by the publisher for two months, unless the advertiser requests it to be returned.

Reprints may not be demanded. Errors for one service (eg: translation) do not constitute a reason for non-payment of other services.

8. Exhibitor Welcome Reception Party - Order Form
