BASIC CLIENT INFORMATION Rob and Brienne Stark are a couple in their early 30s with no children or pets, but hope to someday. Rob is A

CONCEPT STATEMENT
The design of this residential space will be exclusively Scandinavian Modern. This space will be built on the fundamentals of s
functionality. White and black with be the predominant colors and we will exploit their various shades to create a power

Since black and white have long been known to combine well with almost any other colors; I decided to use the contrast

JUSTIFICATION OF FABRICS/FURNISHINGS
The furnishings and fabrics chosen for the Stark household centered on the idea of easy sophistication with a warm, welcom
key. Since the couple loves to entertain friends and family, the plan was to have plenty of seating in the open floor plan 1st floo
of visitors. While the dining room table only seats 6, 2 additional chairs can be placed on either end to easily accommodate 8
originally wanted 10 as a minimum, space constraints limited the size table to be purchased. To make up for this, we splurged
room with two couches that are 8 long. The coffee table allows for plenty of space to rest food and drink while entertaining g

The rugs are meant to be the pops of color, livening up the space with soft blues, green and varying shades of tan. The mastare meant to have juxtaposing styles and textures. The refined chair, comfortable enough to be your favorite reading chair bu

STUDY MODEL ANALYSIS
I really struggled with this model. Foam board is a difficult material to work with and in hindsight I probably should have chose

The actual size of all the furniture seems to work really well. Everything seems proportional to one another as well as the stru

JUSTIFICATION OF FIXTURES/FINISHES
Each light fixture chosen either has a very linear quality and is modern in design or is very traditional with classic lines. The line
