Unify OpenScape Business SolutionOpenScape Business is the modern and future-proof all-in-one solution for Unified Communication & Collaboration, specially tailored to the requirements of small and medium-sized enterprises with one or more locations. Unify OpenScape Business is the successor of Unify HiPath 3000.

EVOIPneo active for Unify OpenScape BusinessThe recording is similar to a silent conference call established between the PBX and the recording server. In order to enable this, the recording server registers on the PBX as a group of SIP end points. The active control of OpenScape Business as well as the collection of additional data is realized via the integrated, CSTA-based CTI interface. It is compatible with OptiPoint 500, OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G/55G and the entire OpenStage Series.

Integration with Unify phonesASC has developed a special PHONEapp for OpenStage 40/60/80 and OpenScape Desk Phone IP 35G/55G.

It may be activated by a key press to:

- Use POWERplay Instant for last call repeat

- Add comments to recorded calls

- Start/stop recording

- Keep (threat calls) or delete (private calls)

- Mute sequences within a call

Search-and-replayASC offers multiple search-and-replay applications with flexible search criteria. Select POWERplay Instant primarily for im-mediate retrieval of the most recent calls.POWERplay Pro or POWERplay Web excel with flexible search-and-replay functions as well as other advanced features.

Workforce OptimizationEVOIPneo, together with INSPIRATIONneo, is used in contact centers to continuously measure and improve the quality of customer interactions. Data from all communications channels in contact centers are collected, grouped together and evaluated to help train agents and optimize customer service. Based on the content of recorded calls, screen activities, SMS, chat and e-mail, INSPIRATIONneo reveals improvement potentials in contact center operations for processes, marketing, sales activities, time of reaction and problem analysis.
