• Common across majority Customs Site1. These are sub-systems which have little business process
difference across SEW / Customs Management Systems.2. These sub-systems are quite “portable” if developed with
reusability in mind.3. There may be customization.
• Moderate1. These are sub-systems which may have moderate business
process difference across SEW / Customs Management Systems.2. These sub-systems will very likely need customization in order to
work for a different Customs Department.3. Customization effort could be moderate to complex,
depending on the requirements.
• Unique1. These are sub-systems which are quite unique to the country’s
Customs Department, and it is unlikely that other Customs will have the same business requirement.
