Contoso Entertainment System is a leading American premium brand of Home Appliances. The business of the company includes selling, installation and after sales services of Home appliances. Customer satisfaction plays a very important role in brand recognition of the company and after sales service is the key for it.

Case 1 : Sales Order With InstallationA customer is in requirement of an Air conditioner. He purchases the air conditioner from the company and ask for the installation of the same in his office. The company books a Sales Order for selling the air conditioner and once it is delivered , it sends a technician for proper installation of the air conditioner. The technician installs the air conditioner and charge the customer for services provided.

Case 2 : Service Order for non AMC CustomerAs the call comes from the customer a call log is generated in CRM. Based on the call log Service Order is created in the System. The User schedules the technician for the job and once it is completed , closes the service order with charges.

Case 3 : Transfer OrderTechnician is in requirement of certain parts which is not available in his van(VAN 1). Thus he calls the co-ordinator about the deficit. The co-ordinator checks the inventory in Service Warehouse and creates transfer order in Field One to transfer it.
