Session Description
This session is highly recommended for those who are interested in integrating DevOps and SDLC disciplines to achieve rapid ITSM adoption. For organizations on a tight budget, schedule, and whose requirements are diverse and/or complex, attendees will learn how these frameworks can be fused together to achieve rapid and measurable results. Recommended minimum knowledge for attending this session includes the achievement of at least one Intermediate ITIL certification with at least two years of real-world implementation experience (ITIL V3 Expert or Master preferred). (Experience Level: Advanced)
Speaker Background With more than twenty-five years of IT experience, John Gilmore has held positions from director to VP to CTO. John is currently the principal SME in advanced technology solutions at General Dynamics, where he develops solutions to address a variety of large and complex IT challenges. He received his MBA from the College of William & Mary, and he holds a variety of ITIL certifications. In addition to being a certified ITIL v3 Expert, John is a certified PMP.
