Introduction to world café sessions

• At the last session we looked broadly at what integration needs to achieve across a range of areas. To respond to your feedback, in this session we want to focus much more on the person at the centre

• We want to look at what we need to deliver and how we achieve that for a range of people with varying types and levels of care and support needs.

• At each of your tables is a case study and a diagram with 10 key aspects of delivering services.

• For your case study we want you to consider – what jointly we are doing well now– how we might improve on these areas through integration
