About the programmeThe Kent LLM allows you to broaden and deepen yourknowledge and understanding of law by specialising in one ormore different areas.
The LLM specialisation in IP Lawat Kent is delivered by distinguishedacademic specialists who areactively engaged in cutting-edgeresearch. You benefit from auniquely contextual and criticalapproach to teaching, gaining asound appreciation of the history,theory and industrial practicessurrounding IP law.
Following successful completion ofthe programme, you may choose tospecialise in copyright, trademarksor patent law after qualifying as alawyer. Other career options includeworking in the creative industries orpursuing a research degree in thefield.
