Overview

6800 Series Automatic Switch Controls shipping after March 31, 2013 will ship with 6800 Series Software 3.5.0 or above.

This document covers serial and WiFi connection to the 6800 Series Automatic Switch Control’s local user communication port. The software installer for 6800 Series Auto-matic Switch Controls is similar to the installers for IntelliRupter® PulseCloser, and the IntelliNode™ Interface Module. The overview section in Instruction Sheet 766-571 Soft-ware Installation will provide useful information relative to 6800 Series software installer, as will the IntelliRupter Software Installer section. Follow the procedure described in the IntelliRupter Software Installer section for 6800 Automatic Switch Control software version 3.5.0 and higher.

See the Computer Requirements section IntelliRupter Instruction Sheet 766-571 for computer requirements, and the IntelliLink® Remote License Activation section in IntelliRupter Instructions Sheet 766-571 if you are an IntelliLink Remote Setup Software user.
