• Employee Turnover Ratio is higher, Creative Resources dependency is very high. Employee Retain ship should be there by offering more incentives.

• Interflow can look out for more international affiliation, so you

can pool financial and other resources as association with Ogilvy and Mather has finished.

• Interflow Marketing Department Contact Plus which managed

BTL Interflow could not carry it clients. Interflow can increase its share of pie by offering all services to its existing single clients
