Implemented in December 2013 and recently highly commended in the 2014 My Beautiful Intranet Awards, :MYWORKSPACE, has changed the way internal communications are managed and has led to an increase in social collaboration whilst providing internal efficiencies. To establish why :MYWORKSPACE was such an instant success, we will take a 12 month journey with an intranet from conception to part of everyday life. We will discuss the cornerstones on which the site was built through choosing the best project governance and creating the appropriate change plan through to managing the cutover and making the :MYWORKSPACE a part of everyday life.TRANSCRIPT
