WHAT IS INTERACTIVE CARE REVIEWER (ICR)?

An online authorization tool Care Coordinators can access on the Availity Portal to create, submit and check the status of authorizations, Service Agreements and DTR’s.
Care Coordinators can submit outpatient home care / transitional care requests
• Create and submit authorization requests online.
• Upload clinical information
• Print, download and save case information
Care Coordinators can inquire on home care / transitional care authorizations
• Look up information on cases that are affiliated with your tax id/organization.
• View case status
• Download notification letters

My organization Requests: Displays the dashboard and is the home page for the application.
Create New Requests: Create and submit an authorization.
Search Submitted Requests: Search for any ICR case requested by your organization or a request to which your organization is associated. This option includes requests with a status of review not required.
Check Case Status: View any cases submitted that are associated with the tax ID(s) on the request. You can also view cases that were submitted by phone and fax.
To view the authorization/referral, the case must be associated with the tax ID listed under the organization you selected in Availity.
